"Well, now you two are also on Lord Phoenix's level and I guess I'm also at that level."
Sirzechs looked at Chojusen with disbelief. What the fuck was this? All it took was a little tap and they now have complete control over the laws that they studied? But after searching around their bodys' for a second they understood exactly what happened.
Their control over the laws hadn't changed at all, only their potential was increased to match what they already knew about the laws; it was their lack of potential that kept them back from advancing, not their comprehension. All Chojusen did was give them the push they needed to cross their physical limitations.
After Sirzechs calmed down, he looked at Chojusen and said "Well, now we don't have to be so worried about the war."
"Huh? Why is that?"
"It seems you don't know what the power structure of the world is like. Right now we have three incomplete divinities on our side; four if we count yourself. Incomplete divinities don't grow out on trees you know. Before you awakened us, the only incomplete Divinities were only a handful of gods that act as the leaders of their pantheons and the Dragon Gods.
The Dragon Gods are in the midst of their own feud, so they shouldn't be out to get you. Even if they are, it would be us four against Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Odin, Loki, Indra, Shiva, Brahma Sun Wukong, Ophis, and Great Red; and that's if we include the Dragon Gods."
"So how should we prepare for the war?"
"Well, now that we have a fighting force to be reckoned with, you go back to training, to increase your strength by as much as possible before the enemy attacks. I heard from my sister that you have a personal dimension that can change the rate of time?"
"That's right."
"Then use that place as a training ground to maximize whatever training you can get before the war. Also, you should let your friends train there as well; the stronger they are the less likely any accidents are to occur."
Chojusen was going to leave and immediately start the preparation training, but Serafall stopped him. She said "Every once in a while also let Sirzechs and I enter your dimension to gather strength as well! Now that we have bodies that can support entire laws, we can increase our strength as well."
Chojusen agreed, prompting Serafall to call "dibs." She then left with Chojusen to pick up the rest of those going to train with him in his dimension. After everyone was assembled, Chojusen found a new face among the crowd. There was a young girly-looking boy, nervously looking at Chojusen as if he were afraid that Chojusen might attack him.
Chojusen didn't have to ask for Rias to introduce the newcomer. She said "This… this is Gasper Vladi, he's my bishop piece."
Chojusen walked over to Gasper and reached out his hand to give him a handshake and introduce himself, but suddenly, Gasper's eyes flared with power and the world slowed down to half speed for Chojusen; for everyone else in Gasper's field of view — excluding Serafall — time stopped. The time that elapsed was so small that Gasper didn't notice how his ability didn't work that well on Chojusen.
Chojusen looked at Gasper with disbelief and said "Time Locking?" This was a skill that he had tried to create countless times back in home universe, but no matter how many attempts he threw at trying to stop time it seemed impossible; he had tried so many times in the past to no avail, that he hadn't thought to try creating the skill in this universe.
Being under the effects of a time stopping skill gave Chojusen certain insights that allowed him to create the skill after a couple tries.
[Host has created the skill: Time Locking
Time Locking (Rank SSS | 100/100): The user commands time law principles surrounding the target to avoid interacting with the target, effectively stopping time for the target. Only those with a greater mastery over time than the user can partially ignore the effects of this skill. Current Effect: Stops a Peak Emperor Class being for a half a second, mid-tier Emperors and below can be stopped indefinitely]
Chojusen's mastery over Time Law Principles made it so that his mastery over his recently created Time Locking Skill was fully mastered at the current SSS Rank; it would be like this until he surpassed the Immortal Rank.
Chojusen came back to reality after Rias explained the situation to him. She said "Gasper has the Sacred Gear, Forbidden Balor View. The reason it looked like he teleported without using magic was because his eyes stopped time for everyone he looked at when he moved away."
Chojusen looked at Gasper with gratitude and said "Thanks for teaching me such a nifty skill~"
Everyone was confused about what he was talking about, until they noticed that a thin blue aura covered Gasper. Rias recognized that this was the same aura that appeared on those Gasper used his Forbidden Balor View on; she realized that Chojusen had used the time stopping ability on Gasper!
While Gasper was frozen in time, Chojusen walked over to him and took his hand before dispelling the Time Locking. Gasper had never experienced the effects of his own skills, so he was surprised to see Chojusen grab his hand faster than he could react. He was scared of Chojusen so his eyes subconscious used his Sacred Gear once more, but Chojusen knew what was happening, so he wasn't frozen.
With Gasper's eyes keeping everyone except for Chojusen frozen, Chojusen said "These ocular abilities are getting out of hand..."
Gasper felt a myriad of emotions as he saw that his Time Stopping eyes didn't work on Chojusen. All his life he had grown isolated and alone because of his damned eyes that would freeze the faces of everyone he cared about. All he wanted was to be able to live without being a danger to his friends and family, but his eyes were too strong for him to control; thus Rias sealed him away.
Now that he had someone who could save him from the anguish of being a freak, Gasper should have felt happy. However, Chojusen's reveal was a bit too late for him, as his personality had already been warped into that of an antisocial outcast. Gasper was both happy and scared of Chojusen's existence.
Gasper wasn't too good at communicating with others face to face, but he did his best to get his message across. He said "C-can yo-you… Teach m-me?"
"Teach you how to control your Time Stopping abilities?"
Gasper nodded his head nervously.
"Sure, I'm about to start a training campaign so I'll teach you right away! Now… could you please turn off your Sacred Gear?"
Gasper couldn't controls his own Sacred Gear as it was too powerful for his untrained body. He had to take a couple seconds of calming down before his eyes reverted back to normal. After everyone was back to normal, Chojusen teleported everyone to his personal dimension and upgraded the summerhome that had already been constructed to support the new people that would be temporarily living there.
Chojusen distributed his clones to go help everyone with their training, while his true body worked full time on refining his body; at this point, it was the only thing that needed to reach 999 million points to finish his journey as an avatar.
With Chojusen's current level, he could make time pass twenty times faster in his personal dimension than in the outside world. Chojusen and the three incomplete divinities on his side agreed to rotate who gets to train in Chojusen's dimension, rotating every day in the outside world, until the various gods came to the underworld to start the war. He set up a dimensional gate outside from the Underworld to his personal dimension, so that they didn't have to bother him or his clones to rotate. They wanted at least two incomplete divinities outside acting as watchguards, so only one person entered Chojusen's dimension at a time.
Apart from having his clones train with Akeno, Asia, Kiba, Koneko, and Rias in the traditional manner, Chojusen's clones also taught Gasper how to control time law principles as well as how to improve his physique. One final clone took some time to spar and debate with the rotating incomplete divinities.
After seven days passed in the real world, within Chojusen's personal dimension, Chojusen's body shook ever so slightly and his strength crossed over to the Demi Immortal Rank once again. In that same moment that he crossed over to the Demi-Immortal Rank, he gained the ability to sense the true body once again.
Chojusen's true body also felt the connection. Both versions of Chojusen's linked up and connected the two personal dimension together. When the two personal dimension's had their edges touch, the people in Chojusen's dimension from Chojusen's original universe felt their bodies' change drastically; they all gained either demonic or holy energy based on their innate alignment.
With the two dimension's connected, Chojusen and his avatar teleported to the center of dimension and fused into one being. The fusion froze Chojusen's now complete body; no one could tell when he would finish the process.
