In the skies of the Grigori Dimension, from where Chojusen and Vali were standing, the floating city looked like a small dot. Off to the side of the battlefield, Azazel, Barakiel, and Shemhazai, sat on grand chairs the conjured with their holy magic; with their strength, their lives would not be at risk if they watched the fight.
Vali directly entered his Balance Breaker and was covered in a white suit of draconic armor with blue gems; it was almost exactly the same as Chojusen's Balance Breaker. In his transformed state, Vali grew dozens of times stronger than his base form, effectively putting him in halfway through the Satan Class.
Chojusen activated a Holy Water Elemental Coating, Density Duplication, and gave himself a Gravity boost, and that only allowed him to prevent himself from dying while fighting Vali. Since he didn't have access to his Balance Breaker, the next best solution would be Sage Mode. It had been a while since he put on his Sage Mode, but he hadn't lost his touch. Chojusen activated a Water Elemental Sage Mode and started to outmatch Vali.
After Vali and Chojusen had their warm up done with. Vali started to use his Sacred Gear, Divine Dividing, to start draining Chojusen's strenght and take it for himself. He didn't get much of the energy he absorbed, as his wings were expelling the excess energy that would cause his body to explode. However, it did work to weaken Chojusen down to a level where he had a chance.
Still, Vali might be able to use Divide Divining without waiting for the ten second delay in his Balance Breaker Form, but the constant draining of Chojusen's energy would also cost him his own energy; it wasn't like he could use Chojusen's energy to replenish his own, he could only take the power. Thus Vali only used Divine Dividing when Chojusen was about to land an attack.
Eventually the battle graduated from hand to hand combat to melee combat with weapons and the once again to magical combat. Vali brought out a white katana and start slashing sword waves with his magic at Chojusen. Chojusen would block his sword and sword slashing, and bat him into oblivion as if he were a baseball with his staff.
From off into the distance, Vali rained down a volley of demonic magic attacks, but the spikes and blasts of energy were to weak to do anything to Chojusen's Water Elemental Coating. Suddenly, Chojusen pointed his finger at Vali, who was at this point several kilometers away, and a heavenly beam of lightning shot off several hundred times the speed of sound.
Vali could do nothing but watch with horror, as the beam approached. He knew that death would be the only outcome, unless he pushed himself to the next level. He gave a dragon's roar and activated his Juggernaut Overdrive. When Chojusen's beam collided with the transforming Vali, his beam evaporating into a mist.
When the mist cleared, Vali's dragonified body enlarged to be several meters tall. His wings split into five pairs and his demonic bat wings were also released, giving him 20 wings total. At his current level, Vai was definitely punching upwards of high-tier Super Class; he would have been even stronger if he didn't have to use his will to keep the past host's of the Divine Diving Sacred Gear, at bay.
Chojusen could tell that this was getting a bit out of hand, so he asked Azazel "I can keep fighting, but I need to either unleash my Balance Breaker, or unleash another form."
"Oh? You are a True Sage, a Chaosfiend, and now you have yet another form?"
"I'm also a… Fiendgod."
Azazel couldn't help but spit out the tea he was drinking. He said "Are you fucking with me? A Chaosfiend and a Fiendgod? Can those two races even mate?"
"It's complicated. Ok? I'm only asking now because, I want to know if unleashing my Fiendgod Form will alert the mythologies of where I am."
"Mhmm, If it were the Chaosfiend aura, nothing could stop the various pantheons from noticing it. However, Fiendgods can be easily confused with Body Refining mythical beasts, so it should be fine."
Chojusen turned back to face Vali and summoned Chokogo to his side. As everyone looked at Chokogo, they all felt their blood boil. This… this wasn't just any butterfly… It was a Fiendgod Empress…
Chokogo gave Chojusen a hateful glare and snorted as she stuck to his back. Apparently she was mad or something. However, right now was not the time to worry about that. Chojusen unleashed his Fiendgod Butterfly Sage Mode and with Chokogo on his back, the total multiplier effect crossed the thousand-times mark; his strength also touched upon the crest of the Super Class.
Chojusen also drew out his Nephilim True Body, giving him the ultimate fiendish look. His body was covered in black flames of Fiendgod aura, he had two butterfly wings jetting out his back with nine ostentatious stripes of grey Fiendgod flames, two black Halos hovered over his head, and four pairs of titanic white bat wings could be seen behind his butterfly wings. His eyes also reverted to the third stage of the Fiendgod Eyes.
If Vali was honest with himself, he was a bit scared right now. He had already entered his final form, and Chojusen clearly hadn't touched his Boosted Gear. What would happen if he did? His battle-centric mind tossed all these irrelevant thoughts out of his head and he concentrated on fighting to his heart's content.
Vali shot off at Chojusen at almost lightspeed. He threw one hell of a punch at Chojusen's face, but his fist was caught like it was nothing special. The shockwave of this collision, blew away all the clouds in the Grigori Dimension for hundreds of kilometers; even the floating city below them shook slightly.
Chojusen took his free hand and flicked Valil in the center of his forehead. A move that cracked open his Balance Breaker and sent him crashing through to the edge of the dimension's walls. Vali reformed his armor and looked at Chojusen with excitement, he pointed at him and said "Half Dimension!"
Chojusen could feel his body start to compress and converge onto a single point, he teleported away from where he stood and watched as a small black hole formed and disappeared where he once was. Chojusen might have strength approaching his previous peak, but even then he couldn't play around with black holes. He knew that things were getting out of hand, so he teleported to Vali with the intention to knock him out, but found the he had already collapsed from exhaustion; even for Vali, pulling of that move in his Juggernaut Overdrive form would consume too much energy.
[Host has completed the Mission: Defeat the host of Ddraig's rival Albion. Rewards: Albion's fusion stone.
Call me when you want to absorb the stone and gain the abilities of the Divine Dividing Sacred Gear. Right now would probably not be the best idea, as the fusion stone would make you enter the Balance Breaker Form.]
Chojusen dismissed the system and picked up Vali's falling body before teleporting back to Azazel and company. This was just a friendly spar between heavenly dragons and Vali hadn't done anything to warrant death, so Chojusen obviously didn't kill him off. If this wasn't a friendly match, Chojusen wouldn't have been able to ask Azazel if he could use Fiendgod powers so casually...
As he reached the location of the three Fallen Angel Leaders, Chojusen watched with amusement as they all looked at him like he was some sort of monster. They had the same thoughts as Vali, wondering what would happen if he used his Fiendgod Sage mode while donning on Chaosfiend Scale Mail Armor. They also wondered if he needed protection at all.
After the fight, Barakiel was actually the first to speak. He looked at Chojusen with curiosity and asked "Those thunder beams… How do you know my family's style of holy thunder manipulation?"
"Thunder Holy Magic? I learned that from A..." Chojusen then had an epiphany; he knew that Akeno was actually half fallen angel before she reincarnated. He shouted "You are Akeno's father?!"
"You know my daughter?" Barakiel was not expecting this this sort of development.
"Do I know her? She's one of the few girls I would die for."
Knowing that Chojusen was in a relationship with his daughter brought Barakiel closer to Chojusen. They started talking about Akeno and soon bonded like a father-in-law and son-in-law pair. Barakiel opened himself up to Chojusen and told him about why she hated him so badly. Chojusen decided to help Akeno get closer to her father once he met with her once again; he knew Barakiel was just a good man caught in a bad situation.
