Chapter 73 - A Feeling Of… Deja Vu?

Everyone was confused, but they didn't have time to think before Chojusen teleported them into his personal dimension; by now, it had regained quite a bit of his former size. Chojusen teleported Chojusen over to yet another lakeside, as he loved the original lakeside of his past personal dimension; he had so many "wonderful" memories of that place.

Before anyone asked anything, Chojusen said "Everyone calm down. Currently, we are in my personal dimension. In here, I can change the rate of time by a maximum of three times; so ten days outside will be one month in here."

Rias then said "WAIT! Personal dimension? What are you? A god?" Only gods could create and support entire dimensions by themselves and it took an entire pantheon of gods to support a complete dimension.

"Not yet… but pretty soon? I don't know, maybe in a couple years~"

Chojusen stopped his playful teasing and said "Since I've already shown you guys a piece of my strenght, I guess this is as good a time as any to tell you that I'm not from this universe."

Everyone was shocked, but considering that he had his own personal dimension, and the strength to fight King Class beings, it wasn't too exaggerated. Chojusen tRurned to ias and said "Back when you reincarnated the original Issei, you did it at just the right moment to shove me into his body after coming out of the void and shatter his soul..."

"Well, I guess it makes sense for you to be able to take out evil pieces out of your soul, if you're an ascendant..."

"Anyways, my real name is Chojusen Akimichi, so call me Chojusen from now on."

Everyone nodded and waited for Chojusen to tell them how the training would begin. Chojusen looked around and said "First let's get our housing situation sorted." He lifted his hands and a replica of Rias' summerhome appeared right next to the lakeside.

Chojusen had been spending quite a bit of time researching science related topics, as was the case, he could now create fully functions commodities like refrigerators and showers for the house; aside from that, he was also working on a new skill that had the potential to be his strongest....

With the a house now constructed, Chojusen moved in all their supplies and showed everyone to their rooms. When everything was sorted out, he began to list off the training routines' of each devil.

He started with Kiba. For the demonic swordsman, Chojusen called one of his clones and had him spar with Kiba until the latter collapsed. He would heal Kiba back up and continue until Kiba's metal strain caused him to collapse. After learning of Kiba's Sacred Gear, Sword Birth, which allowed him to create all kinds of swords, Chojusen also spent some time teaching Kiba to improve the foundation of his magic to create even more potent swords.

Koneko was a straightforward person to teach, she would just fight with another one of Chojusen's clone to the death in a fistcuffs-style brawl, while under gravitational pressure. For some reason, she refused to magic. Chojusen didn't want to pry, if she didn't tell him why, he wouldn't ask. Thus they began a month long brawling session.

Training Akeno would count as training himself, as she still had a ton of insights to offer Chojusen. Akeno being primarily a magic user, would also get many new insights while discussing and training with Chojusen's clone. So in a sort of cycle, the two of them improved their grasp on magic at an exponential rate; especially now, since they would be talking for hours at a time.

For the first time, Chojusen finally saw the extent of Rias' abilities. He wasn't to amused, as she had grown arrogant and confident while only training her family's trademark Destruction Magic. Rias reminded Chojusen of Sasuke, back when they were kids, as he used to be like her, always prideful and boastful of being part of a strong clan which had superior inheritances. Chojusen would do a good job breaking down her arrogant nature during this training session, to save her from herself in the future; he knew how bad pride and arrogance could make a person.

As for Asia, one Chojusen's clone would spend some time training her halberd arts and magic. She had the most to learn as she had spent the least amount of time training out of everyone in attendance.

Chojusen's true body would practice whatever he wanted. If he felt like improving his physical power, he would put himself under intense gravity and start Magic Body Refining. If he wanted to train his energy based techniques he would teleport to the edge of his dimension and cast out attacks into the void. When he wasn't training, he was preparing food for everyone else.

After the first "day" of training, Chojusen's cooking made everyone who trained with him feel like it was worth it. With all the cooking he had been doing in Home Economics and at home for Asia, he was fast approaching the next level of Cooking.

After everyone ate and went to sleep, Chojusen took a break and took a dip in his lake; he had grown used to showering like this, so he thought it would be fine now that everyone was sleeping. He wasn't a monster, so he didn't immediately start the Yang Rebirth no-sleep routine…

As Chojusen was floating around in his lake, he melted away in nostalgia about his first time with Ino and Karin. He closed his eyes and wished to get stronger quickly so he go back to the fun times… Then, a strange feeling of deja vu hit Chojusen, as he felt a soft mass entangle itself on his midsection.

Chojusen opened his eyes and was confronted with the sight of Akeno positioned almost exactly like Karin right before she made him a man. Chojusen said "Mhmm, what are you doing?"

"What does it look like I'm doing?" Akeno was a top-tier seductress, as she showed no shame in her voice or expression while slowly taking off her bra.

Chojusen was not against developing deeper relationships with other women, it's just… Akeno didn't really look ready… He was still going on about measuring how far he could take his relationship based on the emotions of the other party. Chojusen rather easily escaped Akeno's grasp and said "You're not acting like your usual self… are you troubled by something."

As these words came out of his mouth, Chojusen could see her emotions go from expectant and happy to crushed and depressed. Akeno didn't say anything for a while, she had already tried many things to get Chojusen's attention, but the later would just find any and all excuses he could to avoid her. Right now, she was feeling like he was disgusted by her or something, as there would be no logical reason for him to avoid her so adamantly.

Akeno said "You… why do you avoid me like the plague? Am I not pretty enough for you?"

Chojusen was feeling a bit sad, seeing Akeno behave like this, he said "No, its just..."

"It's just what! I've done everything I can to make you see me as a woman and all you do is run away. Do you think I'm a disgusting abomination? Being able to wield demonic and holy powers? Or is it just that you'd rather only have Rias?"

Chojusen didn't know how Akeno could reach that conclusion, but he didn't explain himself with words. Instead, he assumed his Nephilim True Body and three pairs of white bat wings sprouted from his back, while a black halo floated haughty over his head.

Chojusen said "You think I would dislike you for having holy and demonic energies? Look at me. If that were the case wouldn't I just be a hypocrite."

Akeno was too emotionally disturbed to care about Chojusen's form, she said "Well! If it's not because of my race or my looks, why do you keep rejecting me." Tears couldn't stop leaving her eyes.

Chojusen, rather awkwardly said "Your emotions..."

"My fucking what? Emotions? Is that how you see me? By my emotions?"

"Right… you don't love me enough to..."

Akeno cut him off and said "I don't love you enough? Are you insane? I'm trying to advance our relationship here and you expect me to be deeply in love with you right off the bat?"

It was only at this time that Chojusen realized the fatal flaw with how he perceived people. He had been to caught up with his powers and abilities to realize that people weren't perfect, and relationships would never work out if he tried to measure and adjust everything by peeking at other's emotions.

Chojusen stopped his silly backtracking and reached out his hands to pull Akeno into a hug. He said "I'm sorry..." he gently stroked her hair while saying "I… shouldn't have been acting like this. Thank you for clearing my head."

Akeno froze when Chojusen suddenly held her like this. She said "So you don't hate me?"

"No. of course not..."
