Chapter 19 - Creepy Old Man...

Choza was naturally shocked to learn just how talented and powerful his son truly was, but he didn't see Chojusen any differently than before. He had always thought that Chojusen was a bit too special; walking normally at only two months old and talking when he was only three. But, his eyes were covered with parent-appreciation lenses and attributed all of Chojusen's various achievements to him being a genius.

After Chojusen told Choza more about his true strenght, Hochoyoshi brought Chojusen's companion butterfly before Chojusen. Hochoyoshi said "Chojusen, since you are her lifelong companion, you'll have the honors of naming her."

"Mhmm… If she's the new queen, we might as well call her Chokogo."

Chokogo seemed to like the name her master picked for her and flew over to his side. She rubbed her fuzzy face on his, and said "I'm Chokogo! What's your name master?"

"Wow, she can already talk… I'm Chojusen, so call me that, instead of master."

Choza saw this development and asked Chojusen what this was all about. Chojusen explained that he had already formed a summoning contract with the Butterfly Clan, but told him that he would explain in more detail when they went back home; some of his knowledge about the Butterfly Clan could be considered secrets of the Akimichi Clan as well.

Then, Minato, Choza, and Chojusen planned what they would say; they couldn't just pretend that the flash of light earlier never happened or that Chokogo didn't exist, and the ninjas that had seen these things would have questions after they left the Hokage Office.

In the end it was decided that Minato would do something similar to when Naruto was made a Jinchuriki. He would announce that Chojusen had become a Sage and that this was an S Rank secret; just like with Naruto, if anyone was caught spreading this information they would be subject to capital punishment.

Some people had their doubts. How could a little kid become a Sage? Even if he was a Sage, how could he or that butterfly next to him be emitting such terrifying pulses of chakra? What was that bright flash earlier?

Minato just made stuff up to get rid of these questions. How could a little kid become a Sage? Well, anybody could be a sage as long as they knew how to control natural chakra, so he attributed this achievement to "talent." What were those pulses of energy? Minato said they happened when someone was starting to control Sage Mode; pure bullshit, but no one except for a certain white-haired pervert knew he was lying. What was that bright flash earlier? It was Chojusen trying out an attack in Sage Mode; again, it was bullshit, but no one could prove it was false; Well, Sakura or Ino might say something, but they would never have the chance as they weren't a part of the people allowed to know what was going on with Chojusen

Chojusen had to play his part and enter Sage Mode for the Ninja Council to "prove" Minato's words. Naturally, after the events of today knowledge of Chojusen's status as a Sage spread to all the adults in the village, like what happened with Naruto. However, instead of being feared like the Jinchurikis, Chojusen was revered as a legendary Sage.

Sages were mythical figures in the entirety of the ninja world and most people only knew of the Sage of Six Paths. If anyone had the title of Sage, they would automatically be put around the same level as the God of Shinobi himself.

Now, when Chojusen walked around the city he was looked at with worship and respect. He would get discounts in most of the stores he visited, and many strangers would gladly pay food for the village's new Sage. The change in treatment people gave him after knowing just a small fraction of his power made Chojusen wish to be even more low key than he already was.

If the treatment of being worshiped by people constantly was so bothersome, Chojusen could only imagine how Gaara and most other Jinchurikis felt; his treatment being diametrically opposed to what they were currently experiencing. At least Naruto could find some shelter in the friends he had and his family. Before meeting Chojusen, Gaara's life must have been terrible.

Chojusen's life eventually stabilized, but his reveal as a Sage put him in the crosshairs of a certain psychopathic elder. In some obscure valley outside of the Hidden Leaf village, Danzo was staring thoughtfully into the sky. It seems he would need to personally take a look at this new Sage.

Danzo thought that this new development was important enough for him to move with his true body as he usually sent shadow clones when approaching the unknown.

A couple of weeks passed since Chojusen's reveal and it was once again time for another date in another village. However, as Chojusen was trying to reach a place where he would be able to teleport without anyone noticing, he found that there was someone tracking him.

He didn't want more of his powers to be reveal, so he took Karin back to her house, and discreetly chose to enter an isolated corner of the village. When no one was around a person emerged from the shadows. Danzo was impressed with Chojusen's sensory skills, he said "So, kid, would you like to join the anbu as a part of Root?"

"Nope. I just want you to stop following me."

"Why don't you think about it? With your skills you could help out the village."

"I might be a Sage, but I'm still only four years old. I might think about it after graduating from the academy."

"Why waste all this time when you could be training? If you join Root, I will personally ensure that you will learn some of the highest Ranked juts..."

"Look, I don't want to join your group. Ok? I'd rather spend my youth playing with my friends than by training all the time."

"Is that your final decision?"

"Need I say more?"

"Well it seems I'll just have to force you to come with me."

Danzo was confident in his skills as he even gave Chojusen time to fully process that he was going to take him by force, before starting his assault. Danzo tried to use a genjutsu on Chojusen, but Chojusen just laugh his attack off.

Chojusen said "Are you are trying to attack me with such weak Yin skills?" Chojusen was caught in the genjutsu for less than a tenth of a second before he understood how it worked and how to dispel it. This understanding caused the system to give him a prompt.

[Host has learned the skill: Illusion

Illusion (Rank C | 0/100): The user uses Yin energy to inflict an illusion onto a target. Current Effect: Traps a weak Chunin or below into a realistic illusion.]

Chojusen just spammed this newly learned skill towards Danzo. At first nothing happened, but after a couple hundred attempts, Danzo got caught in an Illusion so profound, he had to back off and treat Chojusen as a real threat. Danzo wasn't just standing around letting Chojusen practice his Illusion skill on him, he was actively using ninjutsu and taijutsu while Chojusen was practising his skill; Nothing he did managed to even touch the clothes on Chojusen.

Chojusen was restrained to Danzo's level, his stats were in the single digit millions. Now that his Illusion actually effected Danzo, even if it only was for just a second, Danzo began to launch large scale attacks towards Chojusen way.

Danzo blazed through several hand signs and used various Wind Release: Vacuum style attacks. Chojusen didn't have many problems evading the attacks with his speed alone; since his opponent was an S rank Kage, he was allowed to keep his speed to what an S rank Kage had.

Chojusen didn't need to use his space powers in this fight, so he relied on pure melee combat. At the S Rank Kage level all of his punches and kicks could knock down small buildings, so every time his attacks connected with Danzo's body, Danzo would take a critical blow. However, it wasn't so easy to hit Danzo in the first place; his Taijutsu while not at the Kage level, was not too far off.

The fight was stagnant with neither Danzo being able to hit Chojusen or Chojusen being able to hit Danzo. That was the case until Chojusen started using his Elemental Coating Skill on his body. Chojusen covered his body in lightning which startled Danzo into believing he had stolen the Raikage's technique.

Now clad in lightning energy, Chojusen moved twice as fast as before. Most of his attacks still missed Danzo as he was an expert with dozens of year of experience, but the punches that did land were devastating. At least they should have been, but Chojusen noticed that whenever the attacks landed an influx of Yang energy would manifest from Danzo's arm and heal him rapidly.

Chojusen couldn't see what was happening with Danzo's right arm as it was covered in bandages. He switched his strategy to using wind energy coating to try cutting off Danzo's arm or the bandages that hid his little secret.

Since the wind elemental coating also improved Chojusen's speed it wasn't that hard for him to land another blow and reveal what the bandages covered up. Even though Chojusen was fighting with his hands, while they were covered in wind energy the surface of his hands would be like little razors slicing away the fabric and flesh that Danzo wanted hidden.
