There were always weak countries that didn't have enough confidence and were afraid of starting a war. Their country wasn't like theirs at all!
The senior colonel's words made the smile on General Hywell's face deepen. "There's nothing wrong with restraining ourselves. Everyone knows the strength of our participants. In the last competition, they weren't penalized even once. Two of the participants from Estonia even died. Our strength is not something those weak countries can compare to."
