The Transformation of Bones was probably a technique from another world that cultivated martial arts too. It was simple and fast, just absorbing poison and changing it to something useful. It was even a bit evil.
But if something came from the Heavenly Wheel, the quality would be there. It might be a level one, grade B technique, but it was more powerful than other techniques in the same grade; if one could learn it well, then the power would depend on the poison absorbed.
