After Tianlong left, Lin Yi brought Uncle Fu over to level up his strength- Lin Yi was thinking that he would do it for Tianlong as well, but decided against it afterwards. After all, he could do it after he came back- doing it now wouldn't be too much help for him since he was someone from the special department and didn't need too high of a strength.
