however, formation masters were different.
a formation master could be assessed with a formation master of the grandmaster rank, but there was no clear standard for formation masters. the so-called grandmaster rank formation was just a general term used by the people to describe all formations above the grandmaster rank.
if a formation master performed exceptionally well and claimed that he had built a grandmaster-level formation, no one could refute him.
