"Get your filthy hands off me! You huge breasted harlot!" The small Alfus soldier shouted and struggled against Lanise's grasp.
Lanise at first assumed there was a problem with the translator and had the Celestials back at CTHQ rework it, but after several "repairs" and still translating the same sentence, she couldn't help but look at the small soldier dangerously.
"What did you call me?" Lanise picked up the soldier by the neck and lifted him to her head height. Despite the extremely sturdy body of the Alfus, his neck could still be heard creaking under the pressure of her grip as if it would snap at any moment.
The small Alfus soldier was trained in interrogation and would never give away intelligence to the enemy, but he was absolutely terrified by Lanise whose glare was was showing a trace of livid madness.
Even if he wanted to respond he couldn't, as Lanise's hand was suffocating him. Lanise was just about to throw the small soldier into subspace and be done with it, when Captain Pilar appeared beside Lanise and grabbed her arm.
"Miss Tan'paw, I don't believe the president would approve if you set bad relations by wantonly killing the planet's inhabitants."
Lanise snorted and let go of the soldier whose face was turning blue. He crashed down onto the ground and begun spluttering for breath, his heart still beating crazily from the fear of nearly suffocating.
"Little soldier, what is your name?" Captain Pilar asked gently with his wizened voice.
"Who are you calling little, giant?"
"That's what I want to know, who are you."
"Sergeant Han'stone, 54th Tactile Infantry Company, 2nd Battalion. Giant, release me at once! Our military already knows of this action and have this place surrounded!"
Buffed up on courage once more, the Alfus soldier started shouting out commands. Due to the tiny size of the Alfus though, their voices were high pitched, making it difficult for the Celestials to take them seriously.
"Sergeant Han'stone, excuse me for the rudeness, but please have some patience. Our negotiators will soon start discussions with your military and nation leaders. Your release to your military will naturally come during the process."
The Alfus soldier nodded his head briefly and sat down on the ground with his eyes closed.
"Cough, Sergeant Han'stone, if you could wait in the room that was prepared for you."
"O-of course!" The soldier stuttered and hastily got off before heading toward his room.
The location where Sergean Han'stone was located was a special compartment of the Osiris. It was a sealed, almost three-dimensional, space beneath the top surface of the ship. A unique kinetic energy circuit took oxygen and other atmospheric gasses and injected them into storage tanks before they were used to fill the compartment for holding three dimensional beings.
It was a bit cramped for four-dimensional beings as they couldn't move through the fourth-dimensional coordinate, while the lack of natural energy also made them feel like they were suffocating and couldn't stay for longer than an hour.
Despite the demerits, it was the best method for the Celestials to hold three-dimensional beings, so one of these compartments was installed into every Osiris.

"Miss Tan'paw, it is a pleasure to meet you, I am Ambassador Albero'un from the Loren Embassy," A small Alfus man in bronze suspenders bowed with one arm behind his back.
Various ambassadors from all nations of the world began to visit the Celestials in the small town that had been half destroyed.
A large military enjoy had cordoned off the town and were providing relief aid to the remaining residents while the important figures of every nation flew across the world in antigravity Higgs cars to congregate at the location where the Osiris was floating just above the ground.
Every single ambassador looked up at the Celestials, both figuratively and literally, in awe. From their perspective, the large pointed fox ears atop their head and '+' shaped eyes sent shivers down their spines, while their more perfect than perfect looks due to being a higher lifeform gave them a transcendent appearance.
The Alfus couldn't help but view them in both awe and fear as the Celestials negotiated with them to visit and experience their culture.
The Alfus culture was very similar to the original Earth's nations, as they were all democratic and had formed a united nations organization. One large difference was that slavery was legal and generally accepted here, with a large appendix of rules attached to types of slaves as well as legal and illegals methods of treatments for slaves.
Lanise worked hard as an assessor as all the positive and negative points about the Alfus were noted down over a period of about a month. She put all these in a report and sent it back to the Celestial Network.
The Alfus were short with an average height of about 1.2-1.5 feet. They did however have an extremely adept educational standard and were technologically advanced enough to even be admitted into the federation.
The only reason they never left their solar system was partly because their planet was so rich in materials they never had to consider it, and also the heavy gravity of their planet made sending anything larger than the current satellites in space impossible.
It was possible to construct a spaceship in space with large quantities of prepared materials being launched into space in small quantities, but the nations of the planet, despite their peace treaties, were not united enough to make a joint effort in achieving such a task.
Their culture in slavery caused them to have a very weak imprisonment system, as criminal slaves were something that was commonly traded. Sophisticated collars were attached to these slaves and the refusal to follow orders from the registered owner, or any acts of violence, were heavily punished on the spot. This mean a lot of the people who were previously violent or would commit serious crimes had been turned docile, providing peace and prosperity to the general population.
Another benefit of the Alfus was their short height made them much better at crafting with smaller details. Even the devices they made were more precise than the equivalent technology of other human races.
Lanise's final evaluation of this human specie was that they would be beneficial to turn into Celestials.
Once it was time to leave the planet, Lanise couldn't help but break out into random giggles and smiles from time to time as she recalled the president telling her he would give her anything she wanted as long as she did this job properly.
Lanise already knew what she would ask for.
The other Celestials saw her quietly laughing to herself from time to time with a delusional grin and began to think she was going completely crazy.
