Chapter 7 - The First Avenger

Fetus Robert was meditating in-womb with his twin sister. Using their Yin and Yang swirly meditation technique. Although his progress was much slower than before, he currently had no other way of raising his cultivation level. He was slowly inching towards Aura Realm; one eighth step, one sixteenth step, one thirty-second step and so on.

Meanwhile Green Peach Maiden had finally finished revamping her home. The weeds were gone, replaced by pretty flowers and herb garden. Although she was no longer an Immortal Realm cultivator, she still had the skills and knowledge of her previous gardening profession.

The cave itself was free from the largest of the bugs and a few pieces of furniture were scattered about. This furniture had been collected by fetus Robert on his various explorations. However, since Green Peach Maiden had been asleep each time, she had no idea how the furniture appeared. She simply thought some kind person had given it to her.

Like that Santa Claus guy who stole from the rich and gave to poor.

Suddenly, she felt her body start to ache. She lay down on her bed and waited for things to return to normal. However, they didn't. This was because she was entering labour.

Green Peach Maiden recalled the advice given to her by a real physician, just before she had been banished. If she experienced continuous stomach aches, then she was to eat the two herbs that had been packed for her. Quickly reaching for the pair of jade boxes which were among her only original possessions, Green Peach Maiden munched down on the herbs contained therein.

The first herb, whose name this author will not mention in order to avoid potential censorship issues, reduced her sensation of pain. It made her feel slightly light headed and giggly. Plus, she met a pink panther. The panther was arrogant so she kicked its butt and made its skin into fur coat.

The second herb was a million year old ginseng. Since she was in a lower world, the miraculous herb would be unable to raise her child's level to immortal realm. However, it would still be of great benefit.

The twins immediately felt the million year old ginseng entering their mother's blood stream.

"What is that strange energy?" asked his little sister.

"I don't know," stated fetus Robert.

Then he remembered the storage ring he'd taken. He began to wonder if there was some kind of tracking energy on it. Perhaps a relative of the trash he'd killed was out to get revenge.

"The energy feels hot!" exclaimed his little sister.

Her cultivation level was much lower than his and she found the energy uncomfortable.

"I'll block it!" stated fetus Robert as he began to absorb the strange energy into himself.

He was confident that he would be able to thwart the attack. There was no way a main character like him would be killed off even before they were born. Maybe a fake death in later chapters, but definitely nothing like that this early on in his story.

After four hours, which this author doesn't want to describe in case female readers are turned off from ever wanting children, Green Peach Maiden held two little babies in her arms. A boy with hair as white as snow and a girl with hair as black as coal.

"Wow!" exclaimed Green Peach Maiden. "I have two babies. A boy to get revenge for me and a daughter to go shopping with. This is every woman's dream! I will name my son The First Avenger, or First for short. While my daughter will be Aqua Peach Maiden or Aqua for short."

"Goo goo," blubbered Aqua Peach Maiden

"That name is satisfactory," declared The First Avenger.

"You're an early talker like I was," exclaimed Green Peach Maiden.

In truth, Green Peach Maiden had been a late talker. However, her family had told her all sort of lies. Including the one about her talking at birth. The one about waving trees causing the wind to blow. And the one about ghosts living in mirrors. The reason they did this was simple. Her family was full of jerks.

"I actually talked before I was born," clarified First. "I'm one of those amazing reincarnated protagonists."

"Amazing!" exclaimed Green Peach Maiden. "Can you tell me all about this reincarnation?"

"Another time," declared First. "Right now, is time for action!"

First leaped out of his mother's grasp and did a one thousand, four hundred and forty degree spinning fly kick. It was the Hurricane Kick which he had been practicing.

Smack! Smack! Smack! Smack!

A massive snake which had been hiding in the shadow and waiting to eat the mother and her two children, was sent flying out of the cave.

"Hiss!" the ten meter long python lunged forward. It's massive mouth agape and ready to swallow First whole.

First leaped into the air. Unleashing a powerful uppercut. His other practiced move; Rising Dragon Fist.

Thwak!

The python's head was sent reeling upwards. Impacting the top of the cave.

"Stop," said the python. "My name is Kaa. I am a magical beast in the Core Peaking stage. We are at the same level. If we battle, there is no guarantee that you will survive. So how about letting me go?"

"Don't let him go," warned Green Peach Maiden. "Enemies must be killed, and their families destroyed!"

"You're right!" agreed First.

He was so happy to have a mother who seemed similar to him in temperament.

Kaa swung his massive tail to flatten First. However, the baby expertly avoided. Then retaliated by running up the snake's body and delivering a powerful knee to its jaw.

Crash!

The magical python staggered backwards.

First launched a second Hurricane Kick.

Kaa tried to avoid but the baby sized baby was too swift and small. First's attacks came fast and unexpected. And although none of these attacks could defeat the powerful snake in one blow, enough of them would eventually wear him down.

"I'll submit to be your pet!" begged Kaa as his imminent death approached. "I'll even accept spirit binding."

Spirit binding bound the life of a servant to their master. So that they could never knowingly betray their master.

"Alright," agreed First.

He had always wanted a pet snake. But stupid laws like needing a reptile licence and a criminal record due to membership in an erotica animal love club, had forbidden him from owning one. But now that he was in a new world, those laws no longer applied. In fact, The First Avenger knew that in the end, there was only one law in this world. The law of the strong!

"Well, I guess enslaving it is just as good as killing it," stated Green Peach Maiden.

After that battle, Kaa was more than willing to help out. Especially around the herb garden. Which due to Green Peach Maiden's expertise, was soon growing low level magical herbs such as azure grass and vermillion grass.

These magical herbs were beneficial to those in the Pre-Cultivation and Core Realms. Especially when trying to make breakthroughs. However, they were unnecessary for First, whose body was saturated with the energy of the million year old ginseng. Instead he needed to find a place to make his breakthrough.

"I'm going into isolated meditation," stated First. "If you see lightning bolts, that's just my Heavenly Tribulation."

"You're not going anywhere!" declared Shi Nin who had suddenly arrived. "You're staying here to die!"
