3 Paths:

Mortal Path; Using the Energy to temper the body. Can store the energy inside the body for strength and techniques. Creates Body Qi

Earthly Path; Using the Energy to temper the spirit. Can store the energy inside the spirit for strength and techniques. Creates Spirit Qi

Heavenly Path; Condensing the Body Qi into the Body Embryo and Spirit Qi into the Spirit Seed, to create a heavenly unity, ending in Rebirth. Needs a catalyst of Law to germinate.

Once someone completes the Heavenly Path, they focus on Accumulation, with no further qualitative changes to their spirit, but by increasing their various understandings of the Laws, they increase their strength and avenues available for them to express their understandings of Laws.

Mortal Path: Flesh Refining 1, Muscle Refining 2, Bone Refining 3, Marrow Refining 4, Blood Refining 5, Organ Refining 6, Nerve Refining 7, Brain and Heart Refining 8, Unity of Body 9.

Earthly Path: 1st Spirit Strand, 2nd Spirit Strand, 3rd Spirit Strand, 4th Spirit Strand, 5th Spirit Strand, 6th Spirit Strand, 7th Spirt Strand, 8th Spirit Strand, Unity of Spirit.

Heavenly Path: Embryo of the Body1, Seed of the Spirit2, Catalyst of Law3, Fusion of Body and Spirit Contact4, Fusion of Body and Spirit Fuse5, Coat of Law6, Condensation of Nirvana7, Separation of Nirvana8, Rebirth 9
