Ann arrived at Tan Corporation with the same entourage as the previous day.
Two cars, each filled with bodyguards, followed her to ensure her safety in case of any unforeseen accidents.
This time, however, only the doorman was there to greet her as she entered the building.
"Good morning, Ma'am!" the doorman greeted Ann respectfully, bowing as she entered.
Ann felt relieved that the large entourage that had greeted her the day before was not present this time. This allowed her to proceed to her office without any delays.
When she arrived in her office, she was stunned to see Lea typing away in front of her desk.
"What? Are you already working this early? Ann asked Lea.
"Who said I'm working? Just because I'm in front of the computer and typing away does not mean I'm working. Hahaha!" Lea has teased Ann.
"Seriously, what's going on? Ann asked with a worried look in her eyes.
