Claudia had a broad smile as she left the hospital. "After today, see who rises to the top; I will own everything. I am the legitimate heir. I'll eliminate everyone who stands in my way," she muttered as she left the room.
When she got to the location where her automobile was supposed to be waiting, though, something wasn't quite right.
"You mean my driver departed? Are you certain? Did he explain why? Claudia was talking to Sophia's driver hurriedly.
"Yes, Ma'am! He told me he had to put some gas in the car and grab something to eat. He ought to return immediately," Sophia's driver answered nonchalantly.
That didn't make Claudia very happy, and she wasn't going to wait. She had to be there ahead of Joanna and Sophia.
She had to avoid taking a chance. Then... she thought of something.
"You take me then! My mother is welcome to use my car. I have to be at the venue before them. I'm not going to be late." She spoke hastily and fiercely.
