The person who was first to say something was the Empress.
"Tria, dear, how pleased we are to know that the priestess, is none other than our own," said the empress casually.
"Ahem...indeed, indeed, what great news!" the emperor added.
"Brother you have made quite the catch," said the older prince, who was most likely to succeed the throne.
Tria did not say anything yet, and simply looked at Crei.
He had never revealed himself to the royal family, although they knew he was powerful, they had always thought of him as human, nothing to be scared of. The prince saying that still thought himself of a higher class than Crei, so as the potential future emperor, he felt that he had the right to speak to Crei as such.
Not getting an answer from him, the prince continued,
"Shame, such a woman for a wife, and nothing to offer her, who knows maybe you'll start hiding behind her when it's time to fight haha, no offense Priestess, I am simply stating facts," he cockily added.
The emperor, nor the empress said anything, they also did not know much about Crei, but for a foreigner, he should claim the priestess as his wife, they were both thinking that he should pass her on to the Sun Land Kingdom, after all, she was a Sun Land citizen.
Lord Aten, Mgor, and Tria's guardians were all sitting down, poker-faced, as if everything that was being said had nothing to do with them. However, all of them were fuming inside, 'people will truly never learn unless they experience tragedy themselves,' is what was going through all of their minds.
"Your Majesties, I have stayed behind, in respect of your statuses, hoping there was would be a mature talk about my stance over the Sun Land, but it would seem that your stance on my awakening is different from what I had thought."
"Priestess, what do you mean?" quickly asked the emperor, he thought him not acting was in her favor.
"My husband and I will be moving our family and our businesses to the Moon Land," Tia replied casually.
"Crei how could you?!?!" yelled out the prince," after all my family had done for you, you can't do this one simple thing for us, and now you are taking her away?"
Crei tilted his head on one side, looking confused.
"Me not taking action against you so far for speaking of my wife as if she's this land's property is already repayment enough, Emperor Chen I suggest you keep your son in order, unless you wish to have no successor to the throne," Crei's voice echoed in their ears, shaking their senses silly.
"Haha you wish," added the prince again, taunting Crei.
"Silence!" yelled out the emperor, he did not know what it was but his instinct told him that Crei was not kidding, but...the loss was too great.
"Guards!!!"
STOMP! STOMP! STOMP!
The royal hall was surrounded by over thousands of guards. Emperor Chen had long prepared the guards in case the priestess did not want to cooperate with him, but who would have known that she was right under their noses all this time.
Lord Aten, Mgor, Tria, Chukah, and even Hepri shook their heads at the royal family.
'Stupid, truly dumb and stupid,' they thought.
The last thing anyone ever should do is try to forcefully take Crei's beloved wife from him, unless they have a death wish.
