"It's time to eat. What are you looking at that makes you smile like a fool?"

His voice startled her into hiding her phone behind her back again. Obviously, she was clueless about how suspicious her behavior looked.
"Ziming, you're already done cooking!"
She quickly got up off the sofa and made her way to him.
Knowing that she was trying to change the topic, he did not expose her because he found it to be funny and interesting.
"Yes, let's have dinner now. It's late already."
He nodded.
"I'll go serve the dishes for you!" She blinked and offered with a smile.
"No need. Just sit down."
Seeing that she was about to run away again, he reached out for her hand and then gently held it in place.
"Huh? You're so fast! You should've called me, so I could help you serve them!" she muttered while holding his hands.
Soon, he led her to the open dining area.
