She lowered her phone, looked at its unlit screen, and nudged her lips speechlessly.
"What nonsense is he saying again…" she mumbled. Lowering her head to look at the luggage at her feet, she felt a headache coming on.
"Sigh… Forget it; forget it. Don't care about that annoying fellow for now. I should lug this down first."
With that said, she kept her phone in her bag again.
She once more moved to drag the luggage down the steps, but just as she touched its handle, a series of hasty footsteps came her way.
Tak, tak, tak! This sound of footfalls entered her ears, and for some reason, she found it to be familiar.
She frowned when she noticed that these footsteps were drawing near her.
She murmured inside, Am I blocking the way by standing here with my luggage?
