Following a dreamless night, she woke up early the next day and took her leave after having breakfast. Once she was downstairs, she quickly spotted her new chauffeur.
"Good morning, Miss Pei!" The boy greeted her spiritedly as he opened the car door for her.
She smilingly nodded at him in return before she hopped into the car.
"Li Qi, you should stop calling me Miss Pei. It sounds weird." She sat comfortably in the back seat. "You can just call my name."
"That's no good. How about I call you Sister Pei Ge?" He gave her a smile.
Unlike other women, she did not feel aversion to that form of address, so she easily nodded in acquiescence at him.
"Sister Pei Ge, last night, Brother Du said that I don't need to fetch you, so I didn't go." Li Qi explained why he had not shown up last night.
