Wolf emerged from the shadows within the Gold Heart castle walls. As Shadow stepped out beside him, he smiled at Wolf.
"Good job, now that you can do that, it will be a lot easier to get around to each kingdom if we need to rush somewhere." Shadow prised Wolf as he was handed a mask.
"Just get the mask on. We need to make sure King Orville is here before we talk to him about my plan and reasonings." Wolf glanced around to see the guards went not around. He found it strange as he turned to the end of the corridor. "Shadow, do you find it strange that the guard count is low?"
Shadow panned the area. "Yes, especially with the looming fact of the war and the alliances causing tension?"
Wolf shuddered before walking to the throne room, "Come, we don't have much time before the sun rises. If we can get in the throne room ahead of time. We could get Orville alone long enough before he has to deal with royal duties."
Shadow nodded as he followed Wolf, they entered the throne room to see Orville staring at a painting. Wolf froze as Orville turned to him. He could see that Orville was crying as he stared at him.
"Who are you, and what do you want?" Orville pitifully asked them. His eyes still red as he turned away.
Wolf swallowed hard as he walked up to Orville, "I came to talk King Orville."
Orville's eye lit up as he listened to Wolf's voice, he whipped his head towards Wolf, "No, you cannot be? You are—"
Wolf stepped back as he knew that Orville knew his identity. Wolf quickly cursed Orville as to not say his name. Orville stood stunned as he reached out to Wolf's mask.
"That's far enough, Orville. Please understand my reasonings." Wolf growl as he stepped back.
Orville went to say his name but felt a jolt run through him. "Wait, what is going on? Answer me?"
Wolf shivered at Orville's demand. "I am sorry, but out of safety for my self and others, I had to curse you so you could not say my name or any other means of revealing me." Wolf turned away as Orville started to seith in anger. "I am sorry, please…please understand if people found out that I am—you know? It might put everyone's lives at risk."
Orville calmed himself, seeing at Wolf was saying. "Very well, what can I call you for now—until whenever you decide to reveal yourself?"
"Wolf," As he pointed at the mask.
Orville chuckled softly. "Very well, then Wolf, why are you here?"
Shadow stepped forward as Orville ask his question. "We came here to ask of you not to make your move against the Faremin forces until Junra eighteenth next year or later. As I have gathered, Luna is seeking allies, and once we have all of the Kingdoms on our side ready to fight, then we will strike."
Orville raise his brow at Shadow, "and?"
Wolf stepped in. "And once the Ren-Ky and Lunatica are reunited, the war efforts will be ready. I am seeking out people to train the scattered Ren-Ky warriors. I feel that they need some training, and I have two people so far as to train Fang, Zero, Lance and Scarlett. I am going to seek out someone to teach Gale and Zephyr as I know they are heading to Winterstorm from Shadows recognizance."
Orville smiled as he walked to his throne. "I see, you have been bust since your return. And what of the Luna and Hunter? II met with Gale and Zephyr a short time ago, and they told me what had happened."
Wolf nodded as he walks up closer to Orville. "I plan to di nothing unless necessary as I have made several more contracts and have sent out my summons to watch over the Faremin forces and some to watch the council. I have also sent one to watch Luna as she travels. If she gains alliances with any of the remaining kingdoms, I will be having similar talks with them over time. Especially when it gets close to the date of the reunion."
Orville rested his head on his wrist. "So, the date or the reunion is Junra eighteenth next year, I take it?"
Wolf nodded as he question. "Yes, I have one other thing to ask?"
"What is it?" Orville raises himself inquisitive to his question.
Shadow moved up to Orville as he pulled his mask off. "Do you know where Allie Featherwind is? We went to look for her and could not find her. She was my mother before I died."
Orville's face turned grim as he sank back into his seat. "She passed away shortly before the new year. We know that she was old and that she had extended her life by years beyond consideration. Yet without warning, she passed. I went to check on her as she was an honoured guest as the new year's festivities. I am genuinely sorry for your loss Kyle."
Shadow felt light-headed as he stepped back tears streaming down his face as Wolf rushed to his side. "I think you should go find her in the spirit realm. I can handle my self for a while." Shadow nodded as he disappeared. "Thank you, Orville. I hope my other meetings with the kings go as well as they have here."
I hope so as well. You should go then before anyone sees you, oh I did send Marie to Gand Dale as to train a young man, I think it is Lance. it might be best that you head over to see how she is doing on that and see to where you can—"
Wolf raised his hand, "I have other things to do before I head over, but I will as soon as I am finished."
Orville smiled as he nodded at Wolf's answer, watching him slip into the shadows. Orville then heard the doors open as his advisor enter the room with the first of many people to see him.
