Luna woke up, her eyes were red from crying. She sat herself up and looked around. A woman walked in with food and a change of clothes. She looked at Luna and could tell she was distressed.
"You going to be okay?" She asked.
Luna nodded, "Yes, I think so. It's just… hard watching someone you put your trust in end up like this."
The woman sighed heavily, "Well, you might not like what I am about to say," She put the food beside Luna and place the clothes on the other side of her. "But Hunter is going to be trialled all the way to Foxriver, the last known location of Azoth."
Luna looks up at her, "He has moved on or so says Black Wolf's summoned messengers that Leo had contact with."
The woman stared at Luna, "Wait, who is this Black Wolf, guy?"
Luna looked up at her, "I have no idea, but I know that he made Azoth fear for his life. I—I…" Luna trailed off.
The woman turned to the entrance of the tent. "Well, what happened with their convention? Dino would probably want to hear about it?"
Luna closed her eyes and turned away, "From what Leo told us, Wolf walked into Foxriver while Azoth and Erin were doing a patrol. Wolf shot Erin with this gun that made—I think—vines grow to form the gunshot. Azoth went to attack. But Black Wolf was at Erin pointing his gun at her head. He came to talk, and convinced Azoth then destroy the plant growing from the wound with another bullet."
The woman stared as she feared meeting Black Wolf, "And what happened?"
Luna looked up as tents roof, "Well, they talked where Wolf became enemy number one, leaving the Ren-Ky Warriors and me alone. They left about two to three weeks later to make their report."
The woman tuner her body towards Luna, "Did his messenger say where they went?"
Luna shook her head, "No, but I would not be surprised if they were sent farther north along the Groma border."
The woman stood up, "Well, eat up and then get changed, you will feel a little better. I am going to tell Dino what you told me."
The woman went to leave when a figure emerged from the shadows, "Lady Lunatica, I have some information you might want to hear?"
Luna stared at him, "Is it from Black Wolf?"
The figure shook his head, "Not directly, but it is about the Faremin movements, Azoth and Vann are heading to the far west, close to the demon kingdom, Kito and Lily are heading north to check on something. We do not know what, but Shadow is taking master there as we speak, Erin, Crow and Hans are on stand by at the castle waiting for their orders from Demora. How, by the way, is infuriated with master's actions?"
Luna closed her eyes, "Thank you, for the information, I don't know how useful that will be to me now."
The figure stared at her, "Has something happened to the Hunter?"
Luna nodded before turning to him, "Yes, our mission here has caused him to be imprisoned by their leader. For his action in the past."
"I see, I know things will work out. Have faith as he was chosen to be the Ren-Ky of Hope, by Lovell."
The woman stood in shock as the figure spoke. Luna bowed her head at him, "You may leave."
The figure left, vanishing into the shadows. The woman made her way out of the tent and rushed to Dino. Luna sat still, waiting for the nightmare to end.
"Dino! Dino, sir!" The woman rushed over.
Dino dismissed the men he was talking to and turned to the woman, "What's the matter?"
The woman stops in front of him, she caught her breath before looking up at him, "The girl, she had informant come to her. Azoth is on the other side of the Faremin kingdom." She gasped for air. As Dino stared at her, "Also Lily and a-a man named Kito are heading north. I-I—"
Dino raised his hand at her. "Hold on? Who was this informant?"
The woman calmed herself. "A summon, his mast is named Black Wolf. A-and from what the girl told me he is powerful enough to make Azoth cower in fear."
Dino's eyes widen, "What!"
"Yes, I didn't believe her at first, but then that summon and then the information—It made sense. Yet she has never met the man—Ah right, Hunter is a Ren-Ky warrior!"
Dino stared at her before rushing off to Hunter. Hunter opened his eyes, seeing Dino stare at him. "You? You are a Ren-Ky!?" Hunter turned away. "Answer me! Right now!"
Hunter sighed, "Yes, even though I never wanted to be one. My brother handed me the Ren-Ky jewel of Hope and said I was to take his place—look, Dino, I understand that what you are going through, but the way you are going about this is suicide. Azoth is far more powerful than you think. He will—"
Dino stared at him, "Not unless we enlist the help of this Black Wolf character."
Hunter stared behind him as a masked figure appeared behind him. "I think not, Master Wolf has asked me to come and ask you kindly to back off or else you will be next on his target list. Plus, if you hurt Hunter in any way. Master will kill you personally. He is not to be trifled with."
Dino turned around to see the man, "Wait, do I know you?"
The man shook his head, "No, my name is Shadow, and it would be in your best interest not to hastily dismiss our warning. As you see, we do not like those who impede our mission."
Dino stared at Shadow, who turned into a black wolf, baring his teeth at him Dino looked at Hunter then back at Shadow. "Tsk, fine, what would your master prefer then we do?"
Shadow stayed his ground as he relaxed, "You are to head even farther south and meet with a man named Digon. He is a wolf type beastman. From there, it's up to him."
Dino watched as Shadow disappeared. He then turned to Hunter, "It seems, we have no choice but to let you be free amongst us." Hunter could feel his glare burning through him.
Hunter swallowed, as a cold chill ran up his body. "It looks like it."
