Chapter 85 - Prove it

Greg only had time to move his legs, being dragged with so much straight by Lana forward.

A soon as they reached trees, she instantly let go of his hand and quickly slipped into the bushes. Greg hurried after. Pushed through the thickets, he finally reached some clearing, and a lump of some kind of cloth flew into his face. Greg grabbed it by instinct and only then realized that it was Lana's dress. For two seconds he was staring blankly at the clothes, and then raised his eyes up and froze with his mouth open.

A few steps away, Lana stood utterly naked. Greg exhaled loudly.

She looked like a fantasy. Her blond hair was dancing in the wind as if playing with the rays of the sun. And she was not embarrassed, did not hide, but stood proudly raising her head as the ruler of this forest, which framed her figure with its greenery, as if with emeralds.

Greg forgot how to breathe, afraid to frighten off this vision. It was as if he moved now, and this forest spirit will immediately disappear, dissolving among the young foliage. And Lana seemed to like his reaction. She smiled wider and took a step towards him, carefully, as if testing the ground. And only when she took the second step, Greg suddenly realized that she was going to do, but could not react. Well, how can one respond in such a situation anyway?

He didn't comprehend the moment of shift at all, as if his brain just refused to accept the fact of the event. Lana was just standing in front of him, but at the next step she sharply leaned forward and jumped, the next moment instead of girl the white she-wolf landed on the ground and stopped attentively peering at him.

Like a fool, he stared back, completely unaware of what to say or do. For some reason, he really wanted to shriek right now but had to suppress this urge. It won't be all that manly. Instead, he pulled himself together and took a step forward, showing with his expression that he was not afraid at all.

Furthermore, she was so magnificent as a wolf, that he couldn't help himself. For some reason, an image emerged in his memories, like a deja vu. Like it already happened before. But when?

" Beauty, what a beauty you are. Simply fantastic." - The words themselves flew from the lips. And Lana froze. At first, some kind of fright appeared in her eyes, and then for some reason tears shone there. Without hesitation, she put her muzzle under Greg's outstretched hand and then leaned into his embrace completely.

Greg buried his fingers in silky fur with such pleasure, putting his face under the rough tongue. He scratched, stroked, ruffled making Lana squeal with delight. Then she stepped back and shook her head to the side. Greg did not understand anything at first. It was written on her face that she wanted Greg to do something. But what?

Something suddenly clicked in the brain. Greg stared at the she-wolf in the eyes and immediately understood everything. Lana sat down a bit and looked at him expectantly.

"I'm not sure it's a good idea," - he began uncertainly, coming closer and putting his hand on her neck. - "It's somehow ..."

But Lana didn't let him finish. Turning her muzzle, she stood up and poked her wet nose to his. As before, as if trying to say -, trust me, - revealing all the impatience and desire in her heart to him. Greg grinned and smacked her into her muffled face.

" Okay! But it was your idea!"

The she-wolf was big enough, but Greg was very afraid of hurting her somehow, so it didn't work out right away. Finally straddling the wolf, he tried to find something to hold on to. But Lana did not wait until he figured out this problem and instantly moved. In a surprise, Greg grabbed her neck and buried his face in her fur.

Only a couple of minutes later he decided to open his eyes. Trees flashed around at a breakneck pace, and the wind whistled in their ears. Greg lifted a little, the feeling was bizarre. Not like riding a horse. Beneath he felt strong muscles of the wild beast rolling, tossing him like a bag of potatoes up and down.

But then Greg calmed down a bit and suddenly felt his fingers, buried in fur, tingle at the tips. He knew this feeling well and without hesitation let Lana's consciousness into his own. One moment and everything changed around. He suddenly saw everything with very different eyes, their bodies began to move in unison, and he felt everything that Lana was experiencing at this moment. Smells, sounds, the very heartbeat of this forest. And the delight, the feeling of his energy, her strength and the force of nature as if penetrating into each other.

They raced with the wind down the slope and Greg suddenly realized. Lana let him in. Today she opened the last door for him. She entrusted not only herself but also her own world. And that meant a lot to her. This thought made his heart beats faster, and a delightful cry bubbled in the trout.

Lana howled in response feeling him, confirming his idea.

At the very base of the hill, Lana sharply slowed down and Greg, unable to restrain himself, flew head over heels into the grass. The she-wolf ran after him anxiously. When he stretched out on his back, a beautiful naked girl halted over him. Greg couldn't help but admire the view for a second. Didn't he really catch this spirit?

Lana frowned, carefully examining him.

" Are you hurt?" - She said, beginning to feel his chest.

Greg shook his head, continuing to appreciate her.

"No, want to see for yourself?" - He replied, and put his palm to her cheek. For some reason now he felt this connection more than ever. It was so easy to open himself to her.

Lana first raised her eyebrows in surprise, and then, realizing everything, pressed her hand to his and even closed her eyes slightly. Greg immediately felt how she opened to him in response. Delight after the race, joy and so much gratitude flowed from her through his fingers and straight to the heart, forcing it to leap in a gallop.

"You know, Lana. You said that many consider this connection something like a chain." - He spoke in low, deep voices, peering into her eyes. - "But I don't know what to think. Sometimes I'm scared."

Hearing this, Lana shook and tried to pull away, but Greg stopped. Rising, Greg clasped her waist and sat h

Lana on top of him tightly pressed to himself by the buttocks.

"Listen till the end." - He said firmly, not allowing her to break free. As soon as Lana ceased her struggle, Greg continued. - "This connection, it allows us to feel each other. Happiness, joy, delight - I am ready to share it with you and fight for your every smile. But what to do with pain, with fear? I do not want you to feel my pain and very afraid to feel yours. Not because I am not ready to share it with you, but because I don't want you to feel it in the first place."

Lana sighed and smiled slightly as if accepting his words. But Greg did not finish yet.

"But you know, at the same time, I'm grateful. I do not know who should I thank. Moon or Jupiter? I don't care. But I am so grateful that if you feel sad or scared, I will know about it and will do everything possible to fix it."

Lana did not answer, just leaned forward and gently kissed Greg, as if securing the promise and letting him know that she feels completely the same.

"Pain, fear, sadness doesn't matter as long as I feel your heartbeat next to mine." - She whispered in his lips. He muffled these words with a new kiss and knocked his bold she-wolf on her back, admiring how her snow-like locks intertwined with the stalks of young grass.

"You are like a snowdrop, now it makes sense that I found you in that blizzard in the snow."

Lana laughed.

"Hasn't our race yet proved to you that I'm not so tender like a flower?" - She asked with a challenge. And in the eyes of Greg, dangerous sparkles were lit.

" Oh? I'm not sure... Can you prove it one more time or two? "
