At first there was nothing

For billions of years since this universe exist yet there was nothing.

Until one day certain consciousness appear of nowhere. The consciousness learn about the nothingness in the universe for another billion years before it learn the law of this universe and it thought nothingness go side by side with existence of universe if the universe exist then there should be something that it can do in this universe.

For another billion or two the consciousness learn to manipulate the law of universe and bend it into it's own will and this is the beginning of universe existence as the sentient being in the universe know. Several billion years after the beginning yet the law of universe contradict with the current universe that come forth from the will of the consciousness. The consciousness then thought it must be because certain set from the original law and the customized law that it created cannot coexist at same time even though both form the universe and bound it together.

Thus the consciousness bend the universe and separate it to 10 different universe that have different set of law from each other and since then the law never contradict each other even though they exist at the same time for few billions years after that the consciousness see that each of the universe manage to grew to direction it intended to and as the last act of intervention the consciousness create ten supervisors and with them given a one time use miracle that can bend the law of universe or even make new one in the time of needed.

The consciousness now think he got nothing left to do and its time for each of the universe to be independent decide to fall asleep and spread it self to each universe as precaution if there's going to be happen to one of the universe the part of itself will gather again and fix the situation if the overseer can't do anything with it.

The overseer keep watch for billion of years with no intention of interfere they keep watch as that was the only task they can do for now as they expect that their interference will not needed for eternity. Even as war break out , even as Armageddon repeated over and over again as rebirth and destruction go hand in hand the overseer still watching not moving because for them this is what needed for each world to evolve even further.

As expected the speed of evolution for each universe is indeed different but as the universe with higher speed of evolution progress their destruction also come as fast as they grow which in reverse happened to the one that have slower progress as their slow progress that universe only face with three Armageddon and not yet have the ability to explore outside "The Cage" which is what the overseer call the first place a universe start their progress.

The cage is basically a planet that can sustain live in that universe. Every one of the ten universe have the same amount of cage at the start but as the one with higher evolution speed already break out of their first cage it inevitable that universe have several cage to start over in case of another Armageddon arrived to wipe the life in that universe.

There's two unique universe that manage to avoid Armageddon which in the first case they redirect the energy of Armageddon and make the whole life being in the cage into higher being than what they first come as they transcended their evolution stopped there too which is a result that expected by the overseer because by transcending one species already have no more space to evolve as they not bound by the needed of normal species and so this universe already considered as one of sample of a species that failed evolution. The other case is that after Armageddon the life somehow not wiped out and as result of that the rebirth phase that come after destruction not able to efficiently take place in that universe and halting the cycle, but somehow the life being in that universe is adapt and evolve as if they not need the world to rebirth. As consequences of that action that universe almost have no hope of evolution since the world need to be rebirthed and destructed in case to make the species that inhabit that universe can evolve again and again step by step instead of rapidly evolving to adapt with destruction.

The overseers have a discussion and conclude that there's no need for 10 of them to interfere with both of that world. But little they know that the defect of both this two universe will affect the universe that close with it.

One of the case is there's a hole now that connect the three world and make the first two world can sometimes interfere the universe in the middle. Seeing this the overseers discuss are they need to do something about this but after the discussion there's no need to interfere and as consequences the middle universe get unintended Armageddon caused by resident of the first universe harnessing their energy to that universe which almost create a destruction that have no way to get rebirth because it not yet the cycle. After this incident the 10 overseers decided that they will reduce the power that the first universe can exhibit in other universe.

On another side all the overseer come with idea that they need someone to interfere in decision making with more rationality in case that they all come to one conclusion. Thus one of the overseer offering it's miracle to make 2 new overseers. The new overseers have no miracle like their predecessor or nor they have universe to take care or watch about. Instead their job is to oversee the discussion between their predecessor and if all their predecessor taking the same conclusion or have majority vote their role is to discuss it as one of them will accept the idea and the other will refute the idea , and with this they will have better decision making in the future event.

As of now no more accident happen like the case with the three universe and the overseers both do their job to watch.
