For the rest of the day Luna practiced moving mana from the top of her head down to her feet. Eventually she exhausted herself feeling dizzy from the mana manipulation. Sit and relax feel the mana around you and pull it in. The difference here is that beastkin can only wait and absorb the mana close to them as the other races can attract the mana to flow towards them like a whirlpool. It didn't take to long as her mana pool was small to begin with. Recharged she continued to move mana throughout her body.
Forgetting to pack lunch Sasori attempted to cook. Luna who was training to the side could smell the burnt meat. Coughing she looked over at the charred meat and nodding her head thinking adults should be able to cook. Sasori with a puzzled look glanced at the burnt meat on the fire as she seen Aego cook countless times and copied him yet the results were different. Helpless she could only pull out some fruits and passed them over to Luna.
As Luna woke up slowly sitting up Sasori sent a quick kick flying towards her head before she could even rub her eyes a foot was quickly growing bigger as it neared her head lifting her hand to block she leaned with the impact and flew to the side. Completely awake her eyes focused on Sasori who relentlessly attacked. Leaning with the impact reduced the pain so she did that whenever she was forced to block other wise she would try to dodge completely. It was much slower but still she couldn't lose her focus. The pain from the attacks she couldn't block or dodge hurt more as they fought adrenaline started flowing through her as Sasori's attacks seemed to slow her little eyes ignited as an opening appeared striking out but her instincts roared giving her a bad feeling. Sending mana to protect her entire back side as she didn't know where she was gonna be hit she was sent flying sliding a few feet as she looked up trying to stand her vision blurred as she passed out.
I'm so jealous wish I had a little bit of talent I wouldn't have gotten beaten up so much. Looking at the unconscious Luna. Truly a monster I musn't get on her bad side when she grows up. After waking up they had more fruits and continued their training they would run and do some weight training while throwing random sneak attacks and sparring. Luna who always had her guard up was terrified of Sasori who would randomly attacked once or went all out trying to kill her.
Back at a little tent Aela woke up to a hearty breakfast as she walked out of the tent. You gave Luna a magic cloth do you have another one this mages outfit is big and loose comfortable to wear but not run in. Reaching into his dimension box he pulled out a white magic cloth tossing it over to her. Infusing the cloth with mana it started wrap around her growing and shrinking as it took form of a tight elf outfit that female warriors often wore. Aego stared at her choice. Embarrassed she tried covering herself as the outfit itself was revealing. Aego continued to stare stop looking. Interesting choice. It's the only thing I could think of. Its not a bad choice. Start running, you go first. Its okay I'm fine back here. Pervert. With his devilish smile he walked over touching the magic cloth he shaped the cloth into a t-shirt that wasn't tight nor loose and sweat pants that the hero's often wore when they were relaxing.
Sighing what a pitiful taste I have. Pulling out a silk mail that looked like a vest he tossed it over starting now don't take that vest off. Catching the vest that weighed twenty five pounds she put it on. Also starting now your gonna run like your life depends on it. Surely your not just gonna rely on me to save your village. Of course your just insurance. You should have also learned the archers movement technique. You should master that before you start your magic training. The archers movement technique was fairly simple gather mana to your feet and barely jump in a direction making it seem like your floating a few inches of the ground yet with a simple movement they could change directions with a light tap of their feet. With a gliding motion it was easier to shoot more accurate opposed to the motion of running. It was a simple concept but hard to master.
Her legs couldn't keep up with the strain of the technique so ten minutes later she was sitting on the ground. I question your genius. I am a genius. Then solve it. Solve it? The strain on my legs is due to my lack of strength. I can just continue the training and it solve itself that way. But the way he says it its like there's an answer. Sitting there all puzzled she stared out thinking with a breeze blowing the leaves fell down with the breeze still blowing the leaves fell in front of her eyes. With the motion of the leaves the solution came to her. The strain came from the first burst of mana. So eliminate the first burst by floating a very basic magician skill then with a tap of her feet she flew forward faster than before because of her floating magic.
Soon she ran out of mana from the constant use of float magic that depleted based on the weight being carried. Without mana she continued running. Not bad but your only half right. Thinking to herself the mana consumption was to high. So reduce it, whens the best time to use it. Changing direction or when the float effect fades. Both? It would give the best result and reduce the consumption. It's still high but its the most effective way to move. Its not all the time either once my leg strength becomes better I could use even less mana. Determined she ran all day taking a break to catch her breath and mastering her movement technique.
