In a barren land with nothing but collapse ruins, an underground basement was lit with full of light. A huge room of football size court is filled with various kinds of machines.
A young man who look like in his prime age was sitting in front of his holographic display while reading all the contents displayed on the screen. After checking all the data he stood up and excitedly called "Stacy recheck the program if it's correct or not?"
A mechanical voice replied him"Yes, Sir!"
"Checking all the codes ...….all codes functioning properly"
"Checking all the devices .....all devices are working properly"
"All power plants are ready for the supplies"
"Sir …. All the parameters are in the line with your optimum requirements. All hardware devices are also working properly. Data is ready for the execution. System is ready for the command…"
Garry replied "power on all the devices and execute the operation."
"Yes, sir!"
After the command all the devices are displayed on the holographic screen with all sections of machine activity and all the project information is displayed on the screen. If any other person saw the contents on the screen he would definitely shock to its core because the information displayed on the screen was –

Any person in the whole galaxy has never tried to do that, because the slightest mishap would cause that person to become an idiot or to be killed. Yet the person in front of screen is using the device he created to transfer his conscious to his past or future self. Many scientists have tried before this, but their research did not yield any good results.
Because of the time paradox that takes place when time machine was used, because of its physical constraint galactic alliance banned on using time machine which have much more harmful aftereffects on all civilizations. Theory of space-time conscious transfer machine was introduced 100 years ago which could overcome the drawbacks of the time machine. Scientists of all races tried, but result gained from them is nothing but explosion. As for reason for explosion is that all of them can't stabilize the space-time portal, so one after another explosion has taken place in these 100 years on various planets. Sometimes ordinary people thought that the alliance was trying to create new kinds of explosives. When the scientists who tried to create machine heard that, they nearly spat the blood and fainted on the spot. So after these 100 years of time the situation is more stable and many of the scientists also left the project. After all these things happened and yet another fellow scientist try to go on the path of no return. So any one would be surprised to find out that there are people who were going this way.
After giving the command to Stacy which was an intelligent life he created, he got up from his position and sat down on a chair which was used for experiment and picked the helmet which look like used by kids for virtual gaming. After having all done this he calm down his excited nerves and put down the helmet on his head. With all these procedures done, he clenched his fists and determination was shone in his eyes as he spoke "Stacy, use full power source and start the final phase."

After all doing this Garry waited for the final results, if he remained alive until that moment. His name was Garry Kraten, youngest most award winning scientist and an incomparable genius in all fields .Genius word was not enough to show its terror, because the 100 years ago who proved the space time conscious transfer theory was him. As for why was he using on himself rather than letting any other person for test because he has two reasons. He was bored of his everyday life. Yes, he was truly bored with nothing to do. He has mastered all the languages of each race, all professions such as forging, pharmacy, as well as all kinds' of machinery. With his unforgettable memory and superb IQ there was nothing challenge-able for him. He traveled different galaxies and planes to gain different knowledge of all civilizations and mastered it. In galactic era where people can live long life of 1000 years due to gene fluid, he was bored to death due to nothing to do.
He put forward many theories which was very advance with the current era but to practically show them to all he needed the raw materials to build the machines. But the problem is that all materials are in the hands of alliance and they are not willing to give him, the reason is simple, they cannot control such a genius, like puppet in their hands, so they chose to cut of his raw materials source supply. This is the second and most important reason for using the device on himself. Garry don't feel like being controlled but one person cannot stand against the giant like alliance with his own power. Lately his every move would be watched by the thousands of eyes in the dark and they all report his situation directly to alliance. He tried to rebel in mean time but to no avail in front of that giant. So he chose to create the space- time conscious transfer machine in order to free himself from those nothing but crafty people. In this place no one will bother him so he can complete device successfully and return to his past self.
Alliance cannot bind his movements in the laboratory, because all scientists require quit atmosphere to research anything. For the past six months he had been laboriously working in lab to complete this project as soon as possible and run away from this place.
He was an orphan, when he was just 15 days old his parents were died and he grew up with his uncle who also passed away when he was of twenty years age. Even if he return to before 15 days old from when he was born, but he can't save his parents because 15 days old child vocal cord was not properly formed .Even somehow he managed to say something but he will be regarded as a freak and will be use for experimentation. so even if he returns he can't change the things the way he wants. After knowing this he sighed. Recalling all the things which happen in his life till this point, there was a smile of relief at his face as he close his eyes he and mumbled "Stacy we will meet again in the future".
When Garry closed his eyes, a dark portal is formed in front of Garry as it could vanish at any time. Stacy was regularly checking all the instruments which were involved in the operation again and again so as to not cause any type of harm to its creator. When all the inspection was done ,an alarm sounded abruptly in the deep red color on holographic screen and the portal which was there a moment ago seems to gone. Just when Garry thought that there was any mistake in procedure, a strong suction come from the existing space in font of him. As he tried to resist the force , the black dot which was in front of him suck him in the portal with all the instruments with it and then the suction stops and black dot is then vanished from that place as if it is never existed in the first place. The base which was used in experiment was totally gone.
Far from the base of Garry, in an three floor luxurious building a group of people enter the cabin hurriedly. In the room different kinds of races are gathered together in circular manner and were discussing intently, when the people hurriedly come without knocking so all of there faces were unsightly. Just as they were going to reprehend them, a man who look like strong as cow from that group said "professor Garry's place is destroyed and professor Garry is nowhere to be found within peripheral area."

After the man had said all the report in brief words, the reaction from the all races was the same. All of them stood up, and in the leftmost part in that group a person said "gather all search units and find him and also find out who cause the whole incident and destroy there all forces."
After accepting the order all the group of people retreated immediately. In all part of the galaxy the news spread like wildfire that professor Garry has gone missing. All the things happen when he was gone. He did not know, even if he had known he will not care. At this time his consciousness can feel infinite darkness.

In the infinite darkness, there was not a spec of light. In that infinite darkness he did not feel fear, but as if it is guiding towards a different path of light. As his consciousness flows along the current he did not feel presence of time as if he was in different time and space in itself and his body was in awful state and he did not know how long will he able to persist. After unknown amount of time has passed and he began to lose consciousness, before just when consciousness was fading he saw a spec of light and then his consciousness is enveloped in the infinite darkness.
