Ming Rushi dodged the kiss the man who had just lied next to her tried to give her.
"Oh c'mon...it's already rare for you to come home..." He resorted on giving her a peck on the cheek.
"I'm tired." She reasoned out, her voice was exasperated.
"What kind of company do the Xius run? Even when you held a much better position back in City B, whenever I visit, you could still find time for me." The man kept on complaining. "I thought it would be better if you transfer your work here, but I guess I'm wrong. This is worse than before! I..."
He stopped as he heard her soft, whistly snore. He sighed in surrender.
She was indeed dead tired.
The following day, before Ming Rushi started her car, her phone rang.
"Good morning, Director Ming." greeted her assistant.
"Yes, Annie?"
"Director, CEO Xiu ordered you to come along with the team for the launch of our men's apparel in Country T."
"What? Isn't their flight today?" She was furiously panicking.
