In an unnamed mountain range close to the Wastelands, a human figure was about to engage in battle with a demonic beast. The almost three meters tall bulk of demonic beast was a Four Horn Armored Bull, and it was exactly was its name described. In the other hand the human didn't had any outstanding trait besides the snake tattoo in his right hand.
After a brief stare contest which didn't had any result, with a mocking human-like smile the bull charged to an incredible speed, which not matched its, size against the little punny human who dare to enter his territory. Even when he couldn't do as he pleased in the inners of the mountain range, here he was like a King and the little human whos spiritual energy was below his had challenged his authority, death would be his punishment.
As the beast moved forward the earth slightly tremble, and the human figure seemed to had froze in place.
'Had despair took over him after seeing this King?'. Was the thought inside the bull's little mind.
When the beast was close enough as to made any attempt to dodge failed, the human figure moved for first time. In a fashion who seemed as slow motion to the bull, the human swung he spear in his right arm as trying to pierce his head.
'Trying to pierce this King, is he stupid?'. Mused himself the bull seeing the dumb actions of the human while his mocking smile grew wider.
The 'Armored' in any demonic beast name wasn't for display and this particular kind of demonic beast was know for its thick muscles and tough hide able to nullify any hit taken by normal means, and the human spear was clearly just a sharpened piece of wood, it would break like a twig.
When the spear met with the bull's head, the beast felt something amiss, his instincts silent until now were loudly screaming 'DANGER!'.
The spear didn't break as the beast expected nor was blocked by its hide, in fact it pierced the bull's head as smoothly as a hot knife in butter. The proud beast wanted to avoid the calamity but his speed was to great as to do nothing, in his last moment could only regret attacking this seemingly weak human.
'Spear Intent, huh?' Thought Akin as he swiftly retracted his spear from the bull's head.
Following next his shadow transformed in a huge like-mouth shape swallowing the bull's corpse.
"Hahaha, do you see how the proud face of the beast turned into one of despair? What a dumb beast underestimating its enemy". Joked Botis while laughing.
"Nothing to do, when it come to spiritual energy the amount i have is indeed inferior to his". Replied Akin while entering the beast' den.
"When it come to fight there aren't absolutes". Remarked Botis.
"You are right". Added Akin.
"Aren't you cheking the spoils?". Asked next Botis.
"That is what i am doing". Replied Akin making a pause as his Spiritual Sense swept through the bull's den." This is something good, Neith may like it". Said Akin plucking a four colored flower in middle of the bull's den, following his shadow transformed in a couple of tentacles which absorbed some other items from inside the den.
After coming out a pair of wing protruded from Akin's back and with a flip he shooted himself in the sky...
Time fly, said mortals and two years passed in the blink of an eye in which Akin grew a lot in many aspects, paternity helps men grow and Akin wasn't the exception.
Back then he had a hard time about what to do, he couldn't leave his daughter but taking her along wasn't an option either, he needed to fullfil his duty as man and avenge Ashtarte and Myla at the very least but he also needed to fullfil his duty as father and take care of Neith. To make things worst his daughter never saw him before so when he took her with him was like if he was kidnapping her.
To mortal wisdom it would create a trauma in the poor child but thanks life some tricks existed in the higher realm and with some soul force he was able to bypass this problem. Still he needed a safe place for his daughter and the only place he could think of was extremely expensive.
Anyways he had some capital at that moment and it would give him enough time to get more but it was an unnecessary thing as the Holy Scripture he got from the abbot was sold to great price. That item was a good thing and in fact many aspirants to god or minor gods would pay a good price for it.
The item was easy to get you may think but if you were a minor god you wouldn't want a faith war with a major god and if you were mortal you needed the skills to kill anyone protecting the item, included the Holy Envoy attached to it and then face the Holy Empire's wrath.
Thanks to the coverage provided by that incomehe could afford for the time being the security of his daughter. And with his daughter in a safe place, he spend the past two year absorbing what he experienced while being possesed by his blessing.
In those two years, his power didn't increased too much except by the one realm raise when his bloodline awakened. But his base was more solid than ever, his control over his body, spiritual energy and soul force was top notch, even when it was a little far from what the possesed him displayed, furthermore he also devoloped Spear Intent.
Intent, Meanings, Concepts, Laws were all part of the truths of the universes and thanks to the glimpse Akin had into the advanced uses of soul force two years ago he was able to develop Spear Intent, of course his almost 50 mortal years of using a spear played the main role.
Intent by Akin's understanding was when your soul seeped into a determinate action, merging and then engraving the result in your soul allowing you to manifest the 'intention' that action had for you.
In other words, your soul could manifest a determinate actions affecting th world outside, the stronger your soul was the stronger this manifestation would be, the more familiar with the action you were the less soul force you would need to manifest it.
"Daddy, daddy, daddy..." A happy voice called multiple times.
With a small jump and light body landed in Akin's hands who by now had a little smile in his lips.
"Has you been a good girl while daddy's was out, don't you?". Asked Akin to the little girl.
"What are you asking daddy, i am always a good girl,". Replied the little girl with a mischievous smile.
"Hmm, hahaha, what were you doing and where is your mommy Biba?". Asked Akin with soft voice.
"Mmm, i was playing with uncle Amon and mommy had to return from works yet". Replied the little girl." What do you bring this time, is tasty?". Asked next Neith with her small face full of anticipation.
"Hahaha,you-..little girl, i do brought you something that may like you". Said Akin taking out of his Shadow Space the four colored flower.
"Aaaaah, give it to me daddy..." Screamed excited the girl and with nimble moves took the flower from Akin's hand and put it in her mouth.
Despite her age she was already at the peak of the Body Refinament realm, it wasn't an unheard of speed and didn't even was that great in the Divine Realms nor between the great factions of the Middle Realms but for a child without background it showed the great effort his father was putting in raising her. In fact the things as the four colored flower she ate as candy were valuable things or a Rank 3 demonic beast wouldn't had been protecting it.
Raising Neith took a lot of effort from Akin, more when it come to try to be a family, this also turn even weird his relation with Biba, he wasn't as naive as to think she loved him, but she did treated Neith as her own daughter and that was enough for th time being.
Carriying the light and adorable adorable Neith Akin walked to the door.
"Are we going outside?". Asked even happy the little girl.
"Yes, were are going to to see mommy Biba and take a stroll, don't you want to come?".Asked teasingly Akin.
"Humph, or course i want to go dummie". Replied Neith pouting. "Father, is Myla mommy coming back soon". She asked next with a low voice.
"She will come back soon". Replied Akin while something ached inside him.
