When he found the place, he focus all of his power in one place, all the elements in the surrounding form and create a suitable pattern of life. A Big Orb form, when the orb form. The Orb gather the other element to his body and absorb it, Cloud of dust became a storm trying to enter to the Orb. The man wave his hand and form a big gravity in the middle of the Orb.
