The grand hall of the Base Commander Assembly was a sight to behold, with its high vaulted ceilings adorned with intricate carvings of mythical beasts and ancient runes. Commanders from over fifty bases gathered around the circular table, each seated according to rank and accomplishments. At the centre of this gathering stood Ryuu, the newest commander, known for his rapid rise and unorthodox methods.
Despite being the youngest and least experienced among them, Ryuu held his head high. He was at the 3rd ranked Celestial Immortal Realm, but his achievements spoke volumes. He had fought in numerous wars, conquered the 15th floor of Eden—a feat never accomplished—and recently defended his base from a demonic cultivator attack. However, his peers were not easily impressed.
