Ryuu looked at his stunned subordinates as he inquired, "What?"
Blackfeather looked at him incredulously as she asked, "How old are you?"
Ryuu smiled at her as he replied, "Just that I will not be able to taste that type of wine for ages."
"But that means you must be younger than a thousand; how much younger are you?"
"A few mortal lifetimes."
Ryuu turned towards his subordinates and spoke with a twinge of regret, "I am sorry I cannot taste this wine, but any other is welcome."
Ryuu frowned, seeing the subdued look on his subordinates' faces as he spoke, "Is something wrong? You all look subdued; victory celebrations should be a bit rowdy."
CharmingShadow bit her lips as she spoke, "Commander, all we did was hide after the array failed; we did nothing, and if I am not wrong, those chains that tied them, it was something you did, am I right?"
