The hooded figure hummed before she spoke, "So many unknown variables."
"Senior, it may sound insensitive, but can you elaborate on the nature of their death?"
"Why?"
"The Demoness and her companions will be hiding, no doubt, but I doubt their nature will let them be silent for too long if I can notice some behaviour and attack pattern..."
The woman was silent momentarily before she handed Ryuu a jade slip.
Ryuu reviewed its contents as the woman continued, "If you find any signs of them, do not hesitate to contact me, and remember I never showed you anything."
"You showed me what?"
The woman snorted before leaving, leaving Ryuu in deep thoughts behind.
'Should I inform my sisters or keep quiet for now?'
'They will learn sooner than later, and if they learn it from others, I might suffer from their annoyance, but on the other hand, I cannot always rely on them.'
