Ying Yue headed to her room with the herbs after dinner and made the pills she could with the herbs she got that would help her improve her potential and cultivation. Immediately upon completion of each pill she consumed them and digested them until their medical properties were completely fused with her blood while cultivating. She once again spent time in closed door cultivation and a couple days later Uncle Feng Dai came by and dropped the rest of the herbs she needed by the door. Ying Yue immediately took the herbs and made the rest of the pills she needed for her to end up with a 95% potential in martial arts. Thanks to the rise in her potential her cultivation speed did not become more difficult nor stagnate in speed. She varied her cultivation and and training of the martial aura changing technique. Ending up in first stage of earth realm in cultivation and fourth stage of the martial aura changing technique she had also gotten her umcle to get the necessary ingredients for the body and face forming liquid in order to change her body and face into a more manly version of herself. When she left the room she met Uncle Feng Dai right outside the door. At this point in time she had completely changed her appearance into a young man version of herself taking the identity of an after growth spurt Jun Che. Uncle Feng Dai was astonished at the transformation. Ying Yue's appearance surprised him more than her current stage of cultivation.
"Yue'er is that something your master taught you? Welcome out from cultivation and congratulations on breaking through to the earth realm. Yue'er, you've got to teach me later how to disguise myself like that."
Uncle Feng Dai doesn't fail to compliment Ying Yue while being stunned by her transformation. The skill to transform himself and his aura in such a way is very useful for him. While traveling he has met many enemies that had sought for his death, being in disguise would thus save him a lot of trouble in the future.
"I thought you would want to learn this as you said you wanted to learn the martial aura changing technique earlier. I asked my master of it was okay for me to teach you these things and she has given her permission. But first I want to take care of some things outside. Can you lend me some money? I will give you back a thousand fold for helping me uncle."
"Of course I will lend you money and we are family, you do not have to give me anything back."
"Uncle please, I am in debt to you and I want to create myself my own solid ground to stand on. I would not feel right if I did not pay you back in some way somehow."
"Fine if that makes you feel better then I guess I just have to accept it."
Uncle Feng Dai took out a small pouch containing 10 gold and 20 silver which he handed over to Ying Yue.
"Here take this and spend it wisely."
"Thanks uncle! I'm heading out! See you later, I will be home by dinner!"
"Be safe Yue'er!"
Ying Yue heads out the main entrance and closes the doors behind her. Outside people have filled the streets in front of the mansion. It was still pretty early in the morning and people were on their way to work while some on them took the opportunity to socialize on the way. One after one the shops further up the streets were opening and from some of them came smells such as freshly baked bread. Ying Yue immediately went to the medicine and herbs market. Even though she had a rough idea of what medicines were considered common at this point in time and what was considered rare, she still wanted to make a more thorough investigation herself. All the information she had from the Ying Yue of this time were pretty basic. Before she recovered her past life's memory she didn't have much interest in anything other than cultivation. This was a bit of a problem now as she would have needed to prepare earlier because it takes extra time to get more details.
By the time Ying Yue arrives at the medicine and herbs market all the stalls are already up and she puts some time looking and asking around. What Ying Yue finds out is that the knowledge of medicine has declined over there years. The knowledge about the multiple effects of various herbs has also declined.
"What on earth happened for things to end this way."
Ying Yue thought to herself. She figured she would probably get to know that later and instead of grumbling on about it she went to walk through the market one more time. This time however she was looking for ingredients that she could use to make rare medicine that she could sell at the town auction house. This was the easiest way for her to earn money and the fastest way for her to pay off her debts to her uncle. After going around one more time she got everything she needed. When she had paid for everything she decided to head to the slave market.
Ying Yue had set her sight on creating a small hidden organisation filled with strong people she could trust. But first she wanted to have at least an assistant that can help her out with some basic things while she focuses on increasing her cultivation as well as earning money. She would like to buy a manor in the town for herself so she could make it the organisation's headquarters but that has to wait until she had earned enough money to buy it.
The slave market wasn't too far away from the herb market and all around Ying Yue there's now a lot of cages with slaves. There's a slave in particular that catches her attention. In the far end back of one of the cages she sees a young man who notices the presence of her attention and looks back at her. The young man's eyes are bright and intellectual, based of the look in this eyes you could tell that he had a special background and it also felt like he didn't belong here. Seeing the look in his eyes she knew that he was the one she was looking for.
