As I went inside the murky cave I noticed a faint scent-- it was the smell of death.
I could a hear a loud screech in every direction as the sound echoed throughout the cave. There was an animal inside.
It sounded like a Wyvern. That was the worst possible outcome, if it truly was one I would surely die.
Nevertheless, I ventured forward. After all, I couldn't delay.
This was the mistake that led to my downfall.
The smell of blood grew closer with each passing step to the point where I had to completely cover my nose. I approached two different paths, split between the left side and the right side.
Someone had made markings to indicate something.
The left side was a shield that had a symbol inside of it, a peace sign. The right side had a sword, with dried blood smeared over the tip.
These markings would typically indicate that the left side was safer, but the scent of blood came from the left side.
I made a rash decision to go left.
Who knew this decision would cost me everything.
I went through the left side in pursuit of this quest and found myself on the edge of a large ravine. There was boiling lava at the bottom.
I tried to scale closer to the lava, there would definitely be autumn sprouts near there.
I lunged forward and snatched an autumn sprout from the ground, but in that split second I made eye contact with another human. He had gray hair, crimson eyes and a green shirt. It was Dan the Murderer.
I had to run.
But there was nowhere to run.
Without a weapon, I died.
The End.
