It required special experience in spell creation to even be able to analyze something and devise a counter-spell, but thankfully, all of those who were capable of that feat in this Kingdom were here. They had all gathered here for the high-level information exchange that had been arranged, which turned out to be a stroke of good fortune for the elves of Angaria.
