Today is the first day of college for Lux, he woke up, changed, etc (you know the drill.) He was excited because today he could make new friends, unlike at his old school with his so-called friends who mocked him for his name, Lux meaning Brightness.
"Ok, I will conquer this school and become the best, no more Lux the introvert for my father and myself"
While saying his speech he noticed the TV was on.
"I guess I forgot to turn it off during yesterdays marathon of Game Of Thrones"
As he was about to turn it off he heard from the TV.
"We have new information of the serial killer which has terrorized our neighborhood the last few days, he was last spotted near the train station so beware and stay safe."
"I guess I'll have to keep that in mind"
He left his house a humble home where his late stepfather used to live, a father that was nothing but kind, but due to overwork he eventually got sick and died.
He lived pretty far away from the college but didn't have the money to live there so he headed towards the train station. As he entered the train he saw a girl with blond hair, the most beautiful girl he has ever seen on the corner staring at him almost like expecting something.
He pointed at himself confused.
'do I know her' he thought.
But after a few seconds, she looked away with a sad expression.
Lux decided to stop staring at her and looked for a sit, the trip was a little weird as he noticed her staring at him from time to time.
When reaching his stop he left the train and headed to towards his college and behind him the girl which he noticed she wore the girl's version of his clothes.
The college he was going to attend was a prestigious college where only the best attend, he managed to enter through a scholarship he earned with his hard work.
As he approached the college he could only stand in awe as the college looked beautiful with a combination of Romanesque and classical architecture.
And his day was amazing. Or it would have if he was able to socialize...
Instead, he stood on the corner of the classroom the whole time and didn't talk to anybody until the teacher entered the classroom.
"Hello everyone I'm your teacher Mr.Terebravisse I want you all to come over here and introduce yourselves"
The students made the usual introductions starting with their names, and what they like until a Brown haired guy moved up.
"I'm Brad you guys are not worthy of knowing my full name!!!" he said with a prideful tone.
"He is Brad Teraz," said the teacher.
'Teraz like the senator's last name' though the students.
The second one to stand was the beautiful blonde girl from before.
"I'm Memoria Gaza I'm the daughter of Fortunus Gaza, I like science and any challenges that have to do with time."
"She is the daughter of the richest man in the country!!!" said Brad as he stood up.
"Please Mr.Teraz calm down and go back to your seat," said the teacher reproaching him.
While this was going Lux started to freak out.
'that is Memoria how could I forget her after all these years!!!' Lux felt like one of those dense main characters from the anime's he watched.
'I have to apologize'
However, it was now his turn to go up.
