Akari washes her face with water to try and cool down her flustered face. She stared into the mirror and slapped herself (hey, sounds like me). She took out her gun and shot some random stuff. Totally not dangerous. Her psycho self returning. Her face wiped of all emotions, she walks out. She finds some ammo in the drawers of Yoko's bedside table as well as some... unmentionables. Screw it, c*nd*ms. Akari wrinkles her nose and grabs the ammo, shutting the drawer with force. She reloads her gun and roses out the empty canister. She grabs an apple to eat before heading out.
"Where are you going?" Yoko comes out from the door leading to his basement. Instead of paying attention to his perfectly-sculpted abs-
Yoko- Why are you so thirsty? YOU'RE FREAKING 12 YEARS OLD!
Author-Chan- I literally said last chapter, NO MORE F*CKING WALL BREAKS!
Yoko- And I sai-
Akari- Woah. What the hell is this place?
Author-Chan & Yoko- GET OUT!
Akari- Fine!
Author-Chan- You too.
"Woah. What was that? Who was she? Why did she call herself 'Author-Chan?'" Akari asks Yoko. Yoko sighs and runs his hand through his hair.
"That's the author."
"Great. Now, let's get a move on. The story isn't gonna right itself."
"Right." A moment of awkward silence follows.
"Where are you going?" Yoko asks once again. Akari sighs and opens the front door.
"I'm going to go grab my stuff from Danuja's place." As she is about to walk out the door, Yoko calls her.
"Akari! When you get back, I have an errand for you to run to prove that you're loyal." And under his breath, he adds, "In more ways than one, like a relationship, but we can work that out in later chapters." Akari narrows her eyes at her.
"O...kay. Well, I'm off." Akari shura the door behind her and starts walking toward the main road. She hails a taxi and asks the driver to drop her off at a park near Danuja's place. He gets there relatively fast and Akari sees him as someone who was invaluable to her. And her plan for Danuja's fall.
"You're pretty efficient at getting around. Can I have your number? I need someone like you in my plan of revenge." The driver looks a little confused, but he saw the glint of wit in her eyes. Something about her eyes and her body language compelled him into saying yes and giving her his number. Akari paid him 30 yen and gave him a 200 yen tip. The man looked at the money and was about to question Akari, but she was already far away.
Akari was using her Qi to speed up, but didn't use a lot so she could have the most amount of Qi to face up against anyone. She walked into the house and saw that no one was around. She went up to the room she was supposed to have and dumped all her stuff back into the suitcases. She took them and was about to walk out when a voice sounds behind her.
"So, look who has decided to show up." Akari turns around and sees Chu standing there. Akari sighs and pushes past her.
"I have places to be, things to do, people to k- meet." Nice save Akari. As Akari tried to walk away, she felt Chu's slender fingers grab her shoulder.
"And where do you think you're going?" Akari pulls her shoulder away from Chu.
"Anywhere where your aren't."
"You little wench! Do you really think I can not defeat you? You have no Qi. I have been at the peak of Pre-Master Cultivator. You have not even begun to break through Beginner Cultivator stage 1. What hope do you have to escape me?"
"And this is how people get face-slapped in stories." Chu lets out a roar of anger and her slender fingers reach out to cut into Akari's chest. Akari dodges to the side with ease and grabs her wrist.
"Even without any help of Qi, I can still beat the sh*t out of you." Akari knees Chu's stomach and hits the middle of her back. Chu buckles under the pressure (Pressure! Pushing down on me! I'm gonna go jump in a hole now), and Akari puns her arms behind her back.
"Now, I could either let you go and leave in peace, or, I could disfigure your face. I am usually a nice person to those who are loyal to me, but, I'm feeling generous." Akari lets go of Chu and grabs her suitcases.
"Try to fight me again, and you'll get more than a simple *ss beating." For extra measure, Akari slaps Chu's face. A literal face slap. Ouch. Akari hails another taxi and goes home.
"Hey Akari." Yoko greets her as she walks in.
"Hey." Akari puts her stuff inside Yoko's room and takes off her sweater.
"So, I have an errand for you."
"What is it?"
"I have a... buyer... that's out in Shanghai. He's waiting for a package of knives made from illegal material. I am sending it to them."
"And, you want me to deliver it?" Yoko nods, bringing out the package.
"I know somebody who is willing to take it. But it will take some type of persuasion. Preferably, I don't want you to use your body. Take it to the border, and someone will take it the rest of the way. Akari? Akari! Wake up!" Akari snaps awake.
"Sorry, but your explanation was so long and boring. Can you tell it to me in one sentence?" Yoko sighs and slides the package toward her.
"Deliver this package, and do it without getting caught." Akari grabs the case and nods.
"Your timeline is 72 hours. You have 3 days to get it to him." Akari nods and goes back to her room.
"I'll start tomorrow. I'm gonna go into cultivation, so don't bother me." She walks into a small room and goes into a lotus flower position. The room is soon filled with a light green mist and Akari absorbs the Qi through her pores. Her ocean begins filling up at a slow pace. With her being the impatient one, she asks Disung how she could cultivate faster.
'Well, you could go to a place that has purer Qi, but those places are far and dangerous. You could purify the Qi in the room, but that takes a while, or, you could get refined pills. It's expensive to do it, but I do have all the ingredients. You can do it, but it takes a lot of concentration. But, this way will get you Qi and purify the Qi to an extent. It's currently the most efficient way to do it." Akari grins.
"Well Disung? What are we waiting for? Let's do it!"
