The sound kept going on, but Jiang Yi didn't hear anything through his ears. It was directly sounding inside the human mind and deep down the soul. This sound had inexplicable magic. It could make people's hearts beat with it, hasten one's breathing, and contract the pores all over the body. It was so extremely terrible.

Jiang Yi's body lit up with white light. He vanished and instantly-shifted upwards. After moving for several kilometers, he stopped and inspected the north part of the valley with his divine senses to find out what horrible existence was.
"Gudu! Gudu!"
The sound was getting louder and faster. Jiang Yi's heartbeat became faster as well. He felt that his heart could pump out of this chest at any minute, and his blood was going to reverse its direction. However, he still couldn't detect that scary presence via the divine senses.
