"Yes! You absorbed the Sirius Star, your strength greatly improved with that! You have to trust in yourself. Don't you want to test your strength at least?"
"Yeah, I do, but Ryu said that the Python Beast's strength is around the early Qi Gathering Realm."
"And? Look at your cultivation!"
Zayn checked out his cultivation stage. Only then did he notice that his cultivation also rose after absorbing the Star Body.
"The 6-Star Body Refinement Realm! That's awesome! But... Will my strength suffice against the Python Beast?"
"Suffice? You're worrying too much, kid! Just face him! Don't be a worrier, be a warrior! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH"
Zayn noticed that Infinite Star was in a great mood right now. He didn't know why that was. He even cracked a joke. That was unusual for Infinite Star.
"What's the matter with you?"
"Ah! It's just so beautiful! I've got my Spirit Sense, finally, back!"
Zayn remembered that Infinite Star told him that Zayn would unlock his Spirit Sense at the 5-Star Body Refinement Realm, thanks to the Infinite Star Arts. And the Reward from his previous Quest was Infinite Star's Spirit Sense but limited to Zayn's own Spirit Sense. Now that he reached the 5-Star, Infinite Star was able to use his Spirit Sense.
'Speaking about Quests, what happened to this one?' Zayn remembered about the Quest of absorbing the Star Body.
"Quest Completed: Absorb the Star inside the Python Beast Forest!"
"Receiving Reward!"
"Main Quest added!"
A splash of information rang out from the Daily System.
'Main Quest? What the hell?'
"Kid, the Python Beast isn't here!"
"What?" As Zayn was in the midst of dealing the Daily System's information, he forgot about the situation inside the cave.
"The Python Beast. It's not inside the cave."
"Oh right..."
"My Spirit Sense is still limited, but if the Python Beast still remained inside the cave, I would be able to detect it. It also would probably just straight up attack you!"
"That makes sense..." Zayn was still wondering about the Main Quest, but he knew that he didn't have time right now, so he would just deal with it later.
Zayn then proceeded to leave the cave. During this, he was always alerted.
"Ah! This is just blissful! Sensing the environment with my Spirit Sense! Truly beautiful! Kid, you did a great job there!"
Infinite Star was in a great mood. Zayn didn't understand Infinite Star's euphoria, but he was happy for him.
"Right! What about my Spirit Sense? Can you teach me?"
"Patience, kid! First of all, you need to fight the Python Beast. It should be really enraged that you stole the Orb of Qi from it."
"Right... If it was that enraged, why did it leave the cave in the first place? Wouldn't it be far simpler to stay there and wait for me?"
"Hahahahahahah. The Python Beast doesn't have high intelligence. It mainly acts out of instincts. When the Star Body burned the Python Beast, it got probably scared. After you absorbing the Star Body, it maybe got so scared that it ran out of the cave. Now that the energy from the Sirius Star isn't present anymore, it'll likely rush towards here. Just wait here for it."
Zayn then proceeded to wait there.
Vown noticing that Zayn started to wait there, instantly appeared before Zayn.
"Zayn, what are you doing?!? The Python Beast is coming! It'll be here in under a minute."
"Great! I want to fight it!"
Hearing this, Vown wanted to voice out something, but then stopped. He turned around and disappeared again.
"You're on your own! Don't forget that!"
As Zayn heard that, he noticed the Python Beast racing from far away.
"Kid, be prepared! I really want to see how a Star Body and the Infinite Star Arts will affect your combat prowess!"
"Wait... You don't know how it'll affect me?"
"Nope."
Zayn, hearing that, startled. How was Infinite Star so confident, if he didn't know for sure about Zayn's strength?
'To hell with it! If Infinite Star trusts in me, then I'll also trust in him!'
Throughout Zayn's whole adventure, he constantly built up a blind trust towards Infinite Star. He trusted in him many times before, so why not now?
Zayn focused and readied himself for the fight.
The monstrous Python Beast approached and Zayn faced it head-on. The size of the beast was still humongous. Frightening.
One clearly saw that the Python Beast was enraged. It definitely wanted to kill Zayn. The destroyer of its comfortable home.
The Python Beast rushed in on Zayn and in an instant sprung its mouth towards him.
Zayn instinctively used his Phantom Blade Movement Art, to dodge the incoming attack.
*Boom*
The Python Beast's mouth hit straight up the floor, as it swallowed all of its content.
*Gulp*
Satisfied with its attack it, it erased Zayn's existence off of its mind.
Zayn, on the other hand, easily dodged the charge of the Python Beast. As he had used his Movement Art, he was shocked by its speed.
It was so fast, that even the Python Beast didn't notice Zayn's absence. A beast which was rumored to be in the early stages of the Qi Gathering Realm.
Zayn was thrilled about his prowess. He knew that his powerup wasn't only a few mere stars. He was now far stronger than before.
"Kid, the Python Beast is stronger than expected. I thought it would be at most around the 2-Star Qi Gathering Realm, but it's actually in the 4-Star Qi Gathering Realm!"
"Wait, what?!? That's nearly a whole Realm higher than my cultivation stage!"
"Don't worry kid. Your strength is also far higher than I anticipated. It should be fine."
"...should be fine... Whatever! Let's get over with it!"
Zayn, behind the Python Beast, charged it.
As he approached closer, the Python Beast noticed Zayn's presence, thanks to its Spirit Sense and sent its tail flying towards him.
*BOOM*
The might of the attack was the strongest might Zayn faced, yet. But surprisingly he was able to block it.
Zayn blocked the powerful swing at him and was only pushed a few meters back.
Both, Zayn and the Python Beast, were surprised at this.
Zayn was the one who was faster to collect himself. He used this time to use his Phantom Blade Movement Art, once again.
*SWISH*
Not waiting for much, Zayn sparked his Thunder Fist off. This time, however, the use of the Martial Skill also surprised Zayn.
The True Thunder Fist covered his whole arm in pinkish lightning, not like previously only his fist. And on his fist, royal purple colored lightning was gathered there.
Alone from seeing this, Zayn knew that the prowess of the True Thunder Fist rose to abnormal heights.
'Amazing...'
This split second of surprise, let the Python Beast catch up.
After seeing the powerful attack, it knew its only way to counter it was to charge at it head-on.
Zayn also noticed the Python Beast's approach. He didn't flinch at this reaction and wanted to test his True Thunder Fist against the Python Beast out.
The Python Beast stormed with its mouth head-on. As it came closer to Zayn, its mouth opened more and more up.
Zayn also smashed his True Thunder Fist head-on.
He entered the Python Beast's mouth, as their attacks collided.
*BOOM* *BIZZ*
Zayn's True Thunder Fist pierced straight through the Python Beast's mouth and traveled through its whole body, killing the Python Beast in an instant.
Zayn's strength surprised everyone present. Infinite Star, Vown and even Zayn himself.
Zayn started to gasp after air. The usage of the True Thunder Fist somewhat left him really exhausted. He was completely depleted of all of his energies.
