In the first map, AKIMEG found was unexplored, she found 20 skill point scrolls and two legendary equipment. A necklace, and a ring.
The necklace has the stats to recovered her 1 percent of her mp (magical point) every second. Pretty overpower already? Not just yet, her legendary ring is truly OP (overpower). The ring grants her two skill, 'pet charm', and 'pet summon'.
There is a pet system in Utsu, where pets work like companions and depending on what type of monster it is, it will do different things, and have different ability. In Utsu, players can have up to 5 pets. You can ride your pet if it's a riding type. Or it will battle for you, support you, or pets can carry extra items.
They are a special add-on that every player want. However, pets are considered rare and are expensive in the cash-shop. The OP part about the ring is that the ring allows AKIMEG to gain any monster in Utsu as a pet. If you used the 'pet charm' skills on a monster, there would be a chance for it to become your pet, and convert into a card for you to summon. To summon your pet from the pet card, you need to have a pet-summon scroll. However, AKIMEG has the 'pet summon' skill, and does not need to buy a pet-summon scroll.
The world knew about her three legendary equipments and called her the Blazing-Red-Queen or just Red-Queen, as AKIMEG's champion title. AKIMEG was picky when it comes to having pets, and she's been super lucky.
On her first discovered map, within ten minutes of when she discovered the necklace and ring. She found map boss. The boss appeared large and strong, a red dragon with sharp nails and fangs. Perhaps it was guarding the treasure box she had found with all these goodies? Instead of trying to fight it, she thought. "Oh well, this might be a quicker way to return to the main city." Then she charged at the boss with full speed, and used, 'pet charm' on it. To her surprise, it was successful.
The system prompts her to name the pet. 'Akari' she typed in and hit enter. Then she summoned it using the 'pet summon' skill and the form of the dragon was just as big as when she first saw it. Over 10 feet long, and 5 feet wide. This pet, is way to big for her to carry around. The dragon can ride a full party of five players! With extra room!
Usually, when someone get a pet they would have it out all the time to show it off. However, AKIMEG doesn't like to show off. She kept Akari in her card form and only use it as a ride to different places, and extra storage. The best part about having a boss as a pet is that it does more than just one thing or have just one ability. Akari is a mount, with 100 extra space slot, it can also fight in battle as well, but AKIMEG never use Akari in a battle. She felt like that would be considered as cheating. Even though Akari's power as a pet had been reduced but compared to most level 1 pets, Akari would be consider a level 20 pet.
The media all wanted to interview her after her win. She knew just how much Akito hated AKIMEG, so she turn down all request. The hype about her never stop there. Akito determined to win AKIMEG and win a championship title for himself. The following year, he played the game religiously. But still, for the tournament he lost to AKIMEG again for the second time. Megumi won her second championship title. Now the world awaits on her third championship title. If she does, the secret of her identity will be huge!
