At seven p.m most participants already gathered in the meeting hall, including Ryu, Ken, and Chun Li. There's a lot of participants there and their amount exceeding hundreds of people. Organizer provides food and drinks that put on a long large table. Food from many countries available there to accommodate participants taste. Waiter and waitress come here and there bringing expensive wine for participants.
Since I already feel suspicious about this tournament, I don't take any single bite on the food or any sip from the drink available there. My action followed by Ken and Chun Li, although I know Ken already drooling when looking at delicious foods that available in the table.
"Ryu, aren't you too cautious with this?"
"I'm better cautious now than sorry later, Ken. I don't know if they put something or not in this food and beverages, but for precautions, I'd better not touch any of them"
"Alright, alright, you have your point and I think that reasonable. If we return to Japan later we still can eat those kinds of foods in the restaurant"

A quarter past seven when all participants already gather here, the organizer start the welcoming party. Host announce that the tournament will start the day after tomorrow, using elimination methods, method to decide who the winner from a match, which is rings out (when opponent send out from the arena), knock out (when opponent unable to fight anymore) and surrender (when opponent admit defeat and no longer wish to continue the fight) and tomorrow will be drawing for participant to decide who will be their opponent in tournament.
Meanwhile in a bunker, deep down underground below the hotel, a man standing watching many computer screens that show various data flows. Many programmers there are busy to regulate and adjusting incoming data for who knows what is that data for. That man asks at one person that seems to be the leader of those programmers.
"How's the progress of nanobots implanting for this tournament participant, Weatherby?"
"Most data from participants already enter database sir, outer physical data from nanobot that planted on the clothes that we provide for participants already give us their body data from outer appearance. While data from nanobot that we planted on the food and drinks still incoming and under analyze"
"You said most? Is that mean there's a participant that we can't get the data?"
"Ugh, yes, it's like that sir"

"Only three people we can't get their data from nanobot in the clothes sir, and from the food and drink we haven't get data whether all participant have eaten or drink food and beverages that we use to planting the nanobot"

Weatherby types some command in the keyboard and the computer monitor shows three pictures of tournament participant, Ryu, Guile, and Zangief.
"Why they don't take the clothes we provide?"
"For Zangief, seems there's something mistaken with his body measurement. All clothes provide for him is smaller than his size, although we already provide it according to his data"
"Hmmm, maybe he gains weight and gets more muscles lately. Continue"
"The other two is rather eccentric. They don't wear the clothes we provide and choose to wear their own clothes"
"I see. We can't force them to wear it because that will raise suspicion from our enemy. I know our enemy already sends some peoples to infiltrate this tournament"

After saying that, the man put the mask on his face and walk to the elevator to join the banquet in the meeting hall of the hotel.
