After the mages of the Mage Legion gathered, Lin Li reached out, and formed a spatial rift in the air at the side, leading the mages directly to a port city on the coast of the Breezy Plains. The newly built port city was named Lin Lacine City, and was built by the Tower of Dusk in the past year mainly to provide logistical support for the fleet of the Tower of Dusk.
