As soon as he opened his screen, Notifications then popped up. Cristian clicked on the first one he saw.
[In 8 hours, the Monthly Loot box war will occur.
Monthly Loot box:
This monthly event will have Lottery Slots scattered throughout the world. They will be scattered around the major cities of the country, locations available 24 hours in advance of the event. This does not apply to the first Scattering.
Lottery Slots will spawn in large Crates with each Crate holding 5 slots. Anywhere from 1,000 to 10,000 Crates will spawn across the world. Spawn locations are based on population density cross-referenced with important or historical cities.
You may review the list of spawn locations using the newly added World Map function in your Status Screen. ]
Cristia read through it, excitement starting to tinge his eyes. He personally knew the value of a Lottery Slot and apparently, hundreds of them were going to be released every month. Cristian having thought of what he got from just 5 of them began to worry about how the balance would completely be destroyed because of this event. These abilities that the chest contains would greatly help them when they went for one of the loot boxes and potentially win more points. Cristian immediately began to plan how he would take one of the boxes, thinking through various strategies.
Ever since Cristian was young, aside from MMORPGs, he had always loved playing games that involved strategy. It was one of the things that made going to military school unforgettable for him, the fact that he could play games like chess, Starcraft, Warhammer, or other strategy intensive activities, such as the school-wide paintball tournaments. He considered himself very talented when it came to strategy; his ability to think up stratagems, on the spot, was almost on the realm of precognition. But like all the greats, he was often bullied because he constantly playing games, but he considered it worth it.
Cristian put aside plans for a moment and opened up one of the other blue screens, quickly reading the prompt.

Cristian closed the notifications and returned to his status screen, looking for the World Map option. He didn't see it listed near his status after a moment. He mentally yelled, "Map!"
Instantly, a small map of the world appeared. It showed a small circle over where David was currently located. To the side of the map was a large list of city names:

The list went on and on, listing well over a hundred cities. Cristian's eyes latched on to the Auckland option. He quickly tapped it. Immediately, the map indicated where Auckland was located, which was located near his university, on the northern island of New Zealand. However, it gave no other information and was simply a glowing map.
Cristian tapped off the screen and once again began to plan how they would take the Loot box.
Cristian looked away from the screen, turning to the others. Annie and Em were still reading the screens intently. Izzy had stopped reading and was talking to Luke quietly. Luke stood beside her looking a bit awkward, also finished reading.
Luke stared at him,
"Aye, bro. Come to help me scout out the Sky Tower Since its one of the great landmarks here the boxes would probably spawn there. I want to see if we can find out where it'll spawn so we can grab it." said Christian telling his plan. Luke listened and nodded.
"Alright." Luke pulled out his gun. "Whereabouts should we jump to?"
"just jump to a roof of a building, I reckon. I just want a vantage point to see the whole layout of the area?" Cristian replied
Cristian continued explaining his plan for when they go for the loot boxes in 8 hours,
Luke would place all three of them on top of a building. From there, they would stay undercover, using the rooftops to move around. This would be their starting location when they went for the Crate. However, Cristian wanted to scout out the city early to see if they could discover the exact location.
"Luke your position is the most vital one, as you'll be in charge of getting the boxes and all of us back to here. I will be in charge of distracting anyone that attacks us. Girls, you will be in charge of protecting Luke so that he can make it to the Loot Boxes. Yeah?" The others nodded, successfully recharging Cristian's ego again.
Cristian had assessed the situation and finally came to terms with this strange, new world. All of his popularity and networking was useless now. The only true power in this new world was a strength, and Cristian didn't plan on staying weak. He needed to quickly gain in power, and to do that, he needed these Loot Boxes.
Cristian and Luke, quickly walked to the side, preparing to transport. Cristian withdrew his spear from his inventory, tightening his grip on it. While luke pulled out his pistols and was ready to go.
"Alright we're going, hehe don't you girls want to give me a good luck kiss?"Cristian asks expectantly at the two, while the two girls blushingly agreed and walk up to him like a pair of shy kittens, giving him kisses.
"Hehe, cya later babes" Luke winked at Izzy and, suddenly, Darkness surrounded them and their surroundings began to blur.

~Somewhere on a roof, 100m away from the sky tower
The pair landed on top of the roof quietly, sliding to the side. They dashed under the cover of one of the concrete walls. Luke teleported behind Cristian silently. He gave Cristian a thumbs up. Cristian nodded and took in their surroundings, looking for danger.
The majority of Auckland was similar to how he knew it, before the System. The frost had disappeared by the heat of the sun, leaving great stains of water on several of the buildings. Large amounts of glass were missing in most of the skyscrapers, with several having large holes. A few of the small skyscrapers were partially collapsed. A few small fires still burned in some of the smaller buildings.
The sounds of battle that had painted the air on their first-day visit had vanished, leaving a quiet tranquility. Cristian listened closely and noticed that he couldn't hear the sounds of people.
Directly in front of where they stood were several other large skyscrapers, though none as large as the one they stood on. The buildings were only slightly damaged and seemed to be intact for the most part. Cristian pointed at Luke and then at the other buildings. Luke nodded, and their surroundings blurred again as the duo teleported to the smaller skyscrapers.
Cristian landed on the roof of the smaller building. This building was more of an office building, with a roof access door that he had spotted while on the initial point. Cristian quickly ran to the door and opened it, motioning for Luke to follow. They filed in and moved down a floor before sitting down. Cristian started talking,
"Alright, This is what we're going to do now. Luke, I want you to scout out the surroundings. Go from skyscraper to skyscraper and look for anywhere that might be a location the System would set the box at. We have like 7 more hours left till they spawn. From the way it talked about it, I think the boxes will appear in a wide-open area that is well known. For instance, I'm sure the New York City Loot boxes would mostly appear in Times Square or Agra's Taj Mahal would be the prime spot for these boxes. Important places like that. Find us places that it could be at and save them in your memory. " Luke nodded, seeing the logic behind what Cristians was saying. If they found the location of the Boxes, they needed to be able to reach it immediately.
"If we run into trouble, we will meet up around this building. If I need you to return in a hurry, I'll contact you with one of these." Cristian holding up a pair of walkie-talkies that they borrowed yesterday.
"Alright! Let's do this bitch!" Cristian exclaimed "Ohh yeah, Come back in like an hour. Oke Doke, Time for ninja shit!"
