[City Leader Token]: Those in possession of the City Leader Token can launch a siege war to any city. If one wins the war, then one obtains the ownership of the city.
As the game had gradually developed to this point, the importance of the city had already been known. If one could obtain a city, then the benefits that one could gain was very huge. It was much more than one could earn from relying on Guild Base teleportation fees and equipment repair fees. Once one became the city leader, they could set the prices and taxes themselves. The city leader could even have a huge privilege of controlling part of the NPC army.
However, the number of people who could actually obtain a city was very few.
