Hong Dali and group walked through the entrance to the sci-fi town.
Currently, the sci-fi town was busy with the construction. The foundations were all laid down, and the workers were already constructing the buildings now. Hong Dali pointed at a piece of large scale construction and asked, "What is that?"
"That's going to become a shopping center." The Bureau Chief explained. "The investment for that is 10 million. It's considered mid-sized, we didn't go for a large-scale one."
