"Nothing yet," Shen Yi said with an impassive face.
Her hand reached out and held his, her eyes worried as she looked at him.
"Coming home finding you like this? How could I say I'm your wife if I can't tell you aren't your normal self in one look? Alright. What's eating at you?"
"It's not as bad as you think, Xinxin," Shen Yi sighed. He turned over his hand to hold her hand properly. His thumb lightly caressed the back of her hand. "The last hearing for the twins' custody will be held soon. I'm just curious if they'll be fine."
"My Zhichen and Yuyan…" Her eyes blinked twice.
It wasn't lost to her that he'd been keeping tabs about the twins' custody. She just couldn't figure out if they should celebrate that the issue would be resolved soon.
