It had been a long day for Shen Yi and Lu Xinyi since today would be the day that the twins would arrive at their home. They spent their morning and midday cleaning and preparing their home, making sure to remove any sharps objects that could hurt the children.
They also made a quick shopping to decorate the spare room next to his study room and away from their own room. They didn't want the children to hear their nightly activities anyway.
After their short drive, Shen Yi came to a stop in front of their house and gazed up at it for a few moments. It was now the house he shared with his wife, and it was a bizarre thought. He supposed he didn't get used of the idea that he would, one day, get married and share a home with a woman.
