The atmosphere in the room changed, and Prince Sky was satisfied. Some commanders would be returning to the battlefield even if they were already battered. He then looked at the Deputy who was still looking down at the sleeping woman next to him.
For a moment, he didn't realize that he was already ignored by the Deputy. He only spoke as he took his leave. Hearing nothing in return didn't bother him at all.
When he was about to leave the infirmary hall, a scout came running to him. The scout then genuflected. "Reporting to the Vassal Emperor! We lost contact with three more patrol squads who failed to report back earlier."
Prince Sky frowned and knew what was going to happen. That move Cinders used went past their heads and had caused so much trouble. Now, he was trying to make use of the soldiers again as his time bombs. It gravely angered Prince Sky, but he only dismissed the scout and asked him to keep tabs on everything that moves outside the region.
