Even if he spent his entire savings in rebuilding the city, he could still get a lot of money from other businesses he had stocks and investments in. Lai Julong was a real man of unlimited money.
Then again, there were a lot of wealthy people donating to Crimson City as a form of making good relations with Lai Julong.
