He didn't know why she was forcing him to fight. Then again, was it because of the look in his eyes or the gritting of his teeth? After meeting Nina again, he started thinking about the past once more. It didn't help that Nina seemed to be as composed as she had always been, and to some angels, he was still Nina's knight. Even if he had fallen from grace and rose as a demon, Nina didn't change her attitude towards him.
A small smile curled his lips, but he only tightened his hold on her hand. "Antigua, will you forgive me?" That was what he said, but he just placed a kiss on her head. "I choose you, Antigua, but I must do this. I've always been a coward despite the arrogance. I can't let them judge me again. This is another fight I cannot sit out.
