Noah then swept one last gaze among the hellhounds that were lowering their heads aside. They seemed to be feeling the power that was now coursing through their bodies. He nodded and spoke again, "Now go and rest. I will call you once we're about to begin. Digest the power as fast as you can."
The hellhounds nodded and howled as they ran out of sight, back into the shadows to recuperate from being beaten up by the sloth demons. Noah then turned to Schwartz and his new companion. He gestured at the wobbling giant ball of shadow. "How am I supposed to bring you guys with me, Schwartz…?"
"Little Master, we have orders to stay out here. Sir Sagan made it clear that none of your words will convince us otherwise," Schwartz spoke like he was only affirming a truth, but Noah frowned deeply at him. Even the hunters who somewhat depended on that power felt strange. The sloth demons… wouldn't come, but they would stay outside instead?
