When he heard that Gianna was already talking to the people who would be taking over Vocalia's plan to punch through the Pandemonium, Caleb was expecting more than a bunch of people. Not to mention that their numbers were in single digits, they were not even powerful witches or members of the White Magi. Perhaps he could see Gianna and Noah in there, but… that was just it.
After he was taken by the Order, Caleb had woken up in one of the rooms in the inn. He wasn't practically beyond a simple heal so he didn't need to be sent to the Healing Hall. Moreover, they didn't rehabilitate him as he was still needed as soon as possible. He had Vocalia's plan in his head, and he couldn't lie to the level tens. However, they still needed someone who was trained to navigate the Pandemonium.
