The angry glint on her eyes had been long replaced by a worried gleam as the girl with a backpack continued to run around. Even if the child was normally behaved around strangers, she couldn't help but run around when the first snow had rained that afternoon.
"Noah! Noah! It's snowing!" Rosanna ran around as if collecting the snowflakes fluttering down from the sky. She would be running back and forth, hoping to show Noah the snowflakes before they melted in her hands.
"My goodness, stop running around, young lady! You might hurt yourself; the ground is slippery!" Sonia had forgotten about Noah when she first descended her eyes on the girl. Even if she was latterly told that the girl used to be a cambion, she detected no demon magic in her that she didn't believe Noah. Gianna had heard of Rosanna, but she had never seen her before… making it impossible for her to convince Sonia.
